  • I rear ended a car, it was a very mild low impact collision, I had a beer about an hour before, am I screwed?

The bumper of the other car was slightly scratched and nobody was injured, it wouldn't have been a big deal but Fontana PD were on the sceen (not sure if they were called) almost instantly. I told the officer that I had a 20 oz beer about an hour before. I passed all the field sobriety tests but I blew a 0.044 on the breathalyzer. I was then taken to the police station and submitted to a BAC test. I had to surrender my license on the spot and was given a temporary drivers license (It was from the DMV on pink paper). When I call the court or the DMV I'm told that it takes 6 weeks for BAC test results and that after the results were in, the court and DMV would then choose the appropriate punishment. I'm so scared because everyone is telling me that my license will be suspended for at least a year and that the fines can ruin a person. Can anyone suggest what are the best actions to take?

  • HELP! Sensative stomache when it comes to seafood and dairy. Any suggestions?

My buddy, nice guy, about 23 years old, has a sensative stomache. When he eats seafood, he gets sick and eventually has to vomit, afterwards, he produces a lot of mucus and spits it up all over the damn place! Also, when he has dairy products, he produces a lot of mucus. He says he doesnt have any stomache irratation or discomfort (for example, pain or diarhea) except for the vomiting reaction and the mucus. Can anyone explain why this happens to him? Is there anything he can take to avoid this problem (asside from not eating seafood or dairy)? Thanks!

  • Shaving with Sensitive skin, I'M BLEEDING! Any suggestions?

So, I'm a latino male with a fairly light complexion. I have very sensitive skin. When I shave, I cut myself all the time. The cuts are the usual small red dots (bleeding profusely) along my neck and jaw line. I've tried several shaving creams and razors but nothing seems to work. Now I use Gillete shaving cream for sensitive skin and a Mach 3 razor. Can anyone suggest a shaving cream and razor or some methods/tricks to stop this massive blood loss? Thanks!

  • Are there any religions that are liberal and flexible with beliefs?

I'm looking to worship God and live a good life. But the Catholic and Christian churches I have visited are always very strict. Why do I want to hear how I'm definately going to end up in Hell all the time? I'm looking for something liberal, flexible and fun. I'm in southern California around the Pasadena area. Any help would be greatly appreiciated.
