I have a friend in Canada that is pursuing a Russian adoption. Since the US has been banned from Russian they are no longer accepting course credit from the US which is where most Canadians went to get their required credits. Does the UK have any online courses my friend can look into?

Today with open adoption many adoptees know both of their "parents". Do you just look at this as raising someone else's child since the child has the benefit of knowing both birth parents and the parents that are actually "raising" them on a day to day basis?

There is an organization called Project Cuddles based in CA. Here is their website http://projectcuddle.org/, but in case you don't want to view it, it basically helps women who want to abandon their children either find a home for them or they provide assistance for them to parent. Supposedly over 57 babies are abandoned every day in the US. That is a crazy number over 6,000 babies per year. And some of you don't think adoption is a good thing? I think this organization is providing a wonderful service.

If someone doesn't like a response to a question are they allowed to block you from seeing other responses? Just wondering, so thought I would post this question.
