I need something simple that will allow for employees days off and 3 shifts... and I need it free. If you know of any software that can help I appreciate it very much.

My cement porch steps have come away from my porch and are in bad shape. I want to replace them and I was thinking about prefabricated cement steps. Where can I get these? I didn't see them on home depot or lowes websites. What kind of place would have these?

Also, what steps would I need to take to remove the old ones and get ready to put in the new ones?

I'm remodeling my bathroom. I have a wood casement window now and it's shot and I want to replace it with a glass block window. I have vinyl siding so I want the trim around the window to also be vinyl and any trim inside to be vinyl. How do go about replacing my wood window with this new glass (or acrylic I don't know yet) block window?

Ulysses and Prufrock are both older gentlemen who have experienced life until this point. Ulysses has had an exciting life and been on many adventures. Ulysses has met many people and learned many things. Prufrock, however, has not done much. Prufrock has heard others gossip about him and has been hurt by this. He has spent his time striving to be embraced by the society which he so fears will reject him.
