Vulvar and vaginal inflammation following sex (not sexual, yeast, or bacterial infection, most likely not an allergy or chemical irritation)?
I'm a 24 year old female and have been sexually since I was 20. I never experienced any irritation until earlier this year.
However, I hooked up with a new partner and after we had sex a few times my vagina and vulva were swollen, red, and I experienced both burning and itching sensations.
I went to three different doctors: the first (male doctor) didn't perform an exam and just told me to get Vagisil. That made the burning worse, so I went to a female doctor and she ran tests to confirm it wasn't an STD, but couldn't tell me what it was.
The inflammation went away and I tried having sex again, but again became inflamed. This time I went to a gynecologist and she couldn't tell me what was wrong, but gave me a topical steroid cream.
It didn't really do anything, and the inflammation again went away on its own. Since then I've had sex with five new partners, four male and one female. My vagina and vulva have become inflamed after each encounter.
Symptoms begin 1 to 2 days after sex and last for up to a week.
This may be due to low estrogen (due to stress or allergies), chronic dehydration, lack of sufficient arousal, allergies (to latex, spermicide), or vulvodynia.
I'm going to go back to my gynecologist, but I couldn't pay my medical bills from last time and want to save up and pay them off before I go again. Before then, I wanted to see if the internet had any idea what this might be, or at least some advice on how to make it stop or ease my symptoms.
Thank you!
2 AnswersWomen's Health6 years agoCan you help me remember the name of this 70s possibly early 80s break up song?
It was on the radio the other day (probably a variety station). I'm pretty sure it's sung by more than one male vocalist--two, perhaps. The general sentiment is trying to figure out where things went wrong.
I know this isn't a lot to go off of, and I'm sorry about that.

6 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender7 years agoIf I buy an Oyster Card, do I need to buy train tickets as well?
I'm from the US and am traveling to London next month. I'll only be there for four days and need to travel within the city quite a bit. Unfortunately, I'm not quite sure how the public transport system works. If I use the tube, can I buy my ticket the day I travel or do I need to get it in advance? Or if I buy an Oyster Card does that negate the need to buy a ticket?
If a Londoner could explain this to me I'd be so grateful. Thanks!
1 AnswerRail7 years agoHow do you pronounce the Gaelic name Lebarcham?
There are many variant spellings (Leabharcham, Lebharcham, Levarcham, Lavarcham, etc.). If anyone could tell me how Lebarcham is pronounced I would greatly appreciate it. I'm familiar with IPA, if that helps.
1 AnswerLanguages7 years agoCan you help me translate a sentence from Spanish to English please?
The first part of the sentence is: "La relevancia que está adquiriendo tanto el consumo de hachís como del polvo blanco es aún mayor si se analiza su incidencia entre los menores de edad."
I know the last part means "the consumption of hashish as a white powder is even higher/greater if one analyzes the incident/effect of minors." But I have no idea what "la relevancia que está adquiriendo tanto" means. The relevance that this gaining so much? No clue. Please help. Thank you!
4 AnswersLanguages8 years agoHow do I suppress page numbers and change the margins of individual pages in Microsoft Word 2010?
I'm reformatting my thesis and on pages with major headings I need to suppress the page number and make the top margins two inches. Every time I try to do it to a single page, Microsoft Word decides to remove ALL the page numbers and ALL of the margins.
Please help!!!

1 AnswerPoetry8 years agoI keep getting trojan horse viruses (Trojan Horse Generic28.ANIC, Trojan Horse Generic_r.BBB, etc.)...?
In the space of a few days my AVG Anti-Virus free edition and Malwarebytes Anti-malware have found and supposedly removed several Trojan horse viruses. In addition to the ones listed above, AVG also found Trojan Horse Backdoor.Generic15.AXLA and Trojan Horse Backdoor.Generic15.BHGZ.
I am not very computer literate and need help in order to find the root of the problem and stop it completely, whether you can do so here or if you need to direct me somewhere else. Also, is it safe for me to Microsoft Word attachments via email if my computer is still infected?
6 AnswersSecurity9 years agoWhich is a good database or resource for finding contemporary reviews of Victorian novels?
I'm doing a project on Dickens's Hard Times and I want to find some reviews of the book written in the Victorian era. Does anyone know of a good way to look them up? It can be either an online or in-print resource.
1 AnswerBooks & Authors9 years agoWhat is the online game where you have to make a journey through Africa?
I feel like it was on either the Discovery Channel or National Geography website, but I can't find it. You are an English explorer and you can have different items, like weapons (including guns, bullets, and machetes), food, medicine, and guides. You roll each turn and you can select to keep some dice and roll again for more. The title may have been a synonym for "journey"
1 AnswerVideo & Online Games9 years agoWhich Jim Morrison poem was Iggy Pop's "The Passenger" inspired by?
All my internet searches just say that it was inspired by one of his poems, but refuses to tell me which one. If anyone knows for certain it is much appreciated, and if they can merely hazard a guess based on their familiarity with Morrison's work that is appreciated as well (though to a lesser degree).
3 AnswersRock and Pop9 years agoIs there a technical term for poetry written about works of art?
I'm writing a paper that discusses the British aesthetic movements of the 1890s, and I want to know if there's a specific term for poetry that describes a work of art (think Walter Pater's verse-prose description of the Mona Lisa, or Michael Field's Sight and Song). It seems awkward to keep having to repeat the phrase "poetry about art," etc., etc. Thank you!
1 AnswerPoetry10 years agoHow should I punctuate this sentence?
The sentence sans punctuation is "I am speaking of the aunt and niece who lived and wrote as one Michael Field." That seems like it could possibly be correct, but I feel like I might need a comma or colon after "one" and before "Michael Field." Please help.

1 AnswerOther - Society & Culture10 years agoDoes anyone know where I can find free, printable Star Wars masks online?
Last year I worked at a childcare center printed these mask out for the kids: http://www.livinglocurto.com/2009/10/free-printabl... . Since then the links to the larger images have been taken down by the site on which they were originally posted. Does anyone know if I can still get these or similar masks? Perhaps someone has saved the images to their computer in a moment of flagrant disregard for copyright laws?
Thank you.

1 AnswerMental Health10 years agoLump/growth in throat just behind the mouth?
For the past two or so days my throat felt weird in one specific area. I finally reached back with my finger and felt what I initially thought was some food stuck to my throat. I looked in the mirror, and from what I can tell it's some sort of lump with bits of whiteness stuck to it (this might be specks of food, I don't know). What the hell could this be?
Not sure if it's relevant, but within the past week I have taken a sleeping aid, which is a pretty big pill, with alcohol, and swallowed c-u-m. Not on the same day.
