  • Flying with dogs on JetBlue?

I recently booked a flight on JetBlue, flying with my dog (a Pug). When booking the flight, the rep advised me that if the dog and carrier were a couple of lbs. over the 20 lb. limit (like 1 or 2), they wouldn't give me a hard time; HOWEVER, the 2nd rep I spoke to said that I should be "very careful" and that they very well might turn me away and deny me the ability to take him on the flight...that she had seen a dog be denied at 23 lbs.! Has anyone ever flown with a pet on JetBlue? Can you tell me your experience? I'm really worried now that I will be turned away!! The rep actually told me that perhaps I shouldn't feed my dog too much before I left!! I know the fee in non-refundable.

  • Are these people for real???

Ok...I just do this for fun and all, but what is with these people "reporting" so-called abuse. Why do you care if someone wants to be a jackass and ask stupid questions because they have nothing better to do with their lives??? You have nothing better to do with your life than to report people...maybe you should contact them and try to get together....join a group or get a hobby or something. All I'm saying is, unless someone is saying something that is TOTALLY despicable (like child molester type stuff....I actually saw someone write about that and a report was totally justified) why do you care???!!!

  • Anyone with advice on trip to Ocean City, MD?

I'm looking to take a trip to Ocean City, MD this August...been there several times, but am looking for some additional input from those who have been to specific hotels. I am looking at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront Suites on 17th St./ Boardwalk or the new Hilton Oceanfront Suites that aren't open yet. Has anyone stayed at Holiday Inn and can you give me your impression? Anyone seen the Hilton property and do they have a nice beach??? I think it used to be the Ramada property...it's on 33rd St. Any other hotels that you would recommend?

  • Please!! Help with my dogs!!?

My hubby and I have a 2 year-old Pug who we've had since he was 8 weeks old. We have no kids, so to say that he is spoiled would be an understatement. We recently rescued a 70 lb. mixed breed (puppy?) who is almost a year old. He is great -housebroken, knows his commands and very sweet- but he seems to be a VERY dominant dog. He is not VICIOUSLY aggressive or anything, just dominant over other dogs. Unfortunatly, our Pug is used to being #1 in the household (and with most other dogs he meets) so he is having a VERY hard time accepting this. The new dog takes his food, his toys and his attention and gets very jealous of any that the Pug receives. He also goes after the Pug a lot..again, not in a vicious manner, but it is bothersome to us and VERY much so to the Pug. I think he is either trying to play or show dominance. He bites (not hard) him on the neck/ chin a lot and I have to seperate due to roughness. I am afraid of the Pug getting hurt! Will this ever end?? Advice?
