Can you recommend some tips and reading so I nail the thing out?

I am reviewing the web and also the book Case in Point seems like a good one. But I think I need more from the experts. Please.

If I want her back... the best method would be to let her go, move on and then wait to see if we meet somewhere by chance and see how it goes. Right?

She broke up because she wanted to go out with her friends and live up to her age (25 :S) and party. I am 35 y.o.

I told her that she looks like she is very scared and that something is tormenting her. She hasnt had the confidence to tell me... she just nods her head with tears in her eyes. I would buy you a chilled coca cola if you can tell me what it is. I am starting to thing that:

A. She cheated on me but refuses to leave

B. I just got too annoying for her (she told me this one before the nodding)

Also, she tells me that she loves me more than anything one day, and then the next day says that she is confused about her feelings. I am lost, and I am starting to consider either counceling or cancelling.

We talked on Monday but we couldn't finish the conversation, I had to wake up early next morning. We went each to their house and then I haven't called. She has been, saying that she wants to see me and that she loves me etc. Now, I said to her I am sad she asks "why are you sad?"

Is this some type of tactic? I am almost ready to let her go but I am just puzzled about this attitude of "I don't remember the fight".

I live in Monterrey, Mexico. Then I wen to New Orleans last week and met this beautiful girl on a store, she is an employee for the holydays. I asked her to try a sweater to see how it fitted on her because I said that she looked like my sister (yeah, right). Of course it looked amazing on her. I told her I was going to think about the purchase and went to lunch with firends. I couldnt get back that day.

I got back to the store two days after and I chickened out when I saw her. another couple girls helped me out on my indecisions about sweaters. But I was a chicken alright and, embarrassed as I was and shy, I had to leave to run other aerons and finally had to catch a plane to Monterrey.

I have nothing but the phone number of the store. I know she will be nowhere to be found if I don´t call her this week.

Should I try and call her telling her that (after ignoring her that day) I wanted to thank her on helping me out and to wish her happy holidays? Gimme yer opinion.

I know it causes bad breath but, is it really bad? what do you recommend in order to loose weight then?
