In 1998, a family member of mine was drunk and decided to go for a walk (his life was falling apart,) troubled marrige, 3 young daughters, whom he could not support. he was walking along an interstate (one of the United states busiest)when unexpectedly, he was hit by a car traveling 80 mph needless to say, he did not survive. pain soon began to ease after 8 years past, his widow and daughters still visiting the graveyard every time they came to visit us. Just recently tragically after visiting a friend she ((the mother ) was fatally injured in a head-on collisioin . II NEED SOME ADVICE ON WHAT TO SAY TO THOSE GIIRLS TO MAKE THEIR MINDS EASED & TO LET THEM KNOW I AM WILLING TO DO EVERY THING IIN MY POWER TO MAKE THEIR LIVES SEEM WORTHWHILE . ON ONE ACCOUNT, we are umbrellaed under another business, they deal with the main tire dealership when we do a job for them , we dont get paid cash , or even a check we receive tire credits, on the labor we do . eventually we have an overstock of tires, because we do more account work than resale of the tires we receive. my question is can the fed. gov. tax the tires we receive on credits?, (un till the resale of the tires? )

my kids' father was granted visitation after i was granted full custody. Since leaving our verbally abusive relationship he has denied being the father of my youngest of 2 . we agreed on meeting at a half-way point because he "just couldn't bear to see me and my husband together, happily." it got to the point he was almost always late when picking and dropping off the kids untill wmy husband went two weeks in a row to meet him after phone conversationsof his excuses why he didn't show., my son said "why didn't you wait for him?" like my husband was to blame. so the next visit we didn't show, resulting only in it being now 2 years later, no calls, no attempts at all to reach his kids, a warrent was issued 4 his arrest last year 4 non-support MY QUESTION IS, THE KIDS' DADDY,MY HUSBAND OF 5 YRS WANTS TO ADOPT THEM,BODY SOUL, NAME CHANGE AND ALL ,LEGALLY SO THAT THEIR "FATHER" CANT HURT THEM ANYMORE.DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT HOW TO DO THIS?
