My fiancé is having multiple problems at once and Im not sure where to start getting him help. He has a drug problem & it started about 3 yrs ago. When asked why he uses he basically says it because he has bad anxiety and doesnt know how to deal with it (this wasnt figured out until after he was using for awhile & became addicted). He wants to stop using and stop feeling so crappy but we are not sure where to strat. He uses because of his anxiety but the drugs are just making the anxiety worse. We tried going to his primary doctor & he basically said that he doesnt treat that, go see a therapist. We tried outpatient theraphy but he hated it and said it made him feel worse. Our latest step is to go see a theraphist ( appt. on monday). My question is are these the right steps or is there something else that we should be doing? Im at my wits end with it all the drugs but I do not want to lose him. I love him very much and want us to be happy like I know we were and can be.

My company wants to move me into the HR position (very samll company, only 15 or so employees). I got my BS in BA 3 years ago. They are willing to pay for me to go back and get a certification in HR training, but not for me to go back to get a degree (becuase of cost). But in the long run, am I better off going to get my degree to further my career in HR or is the certification enough? If I was to go back to get a degree does anyone know how long it would possibly take, meaning would I have to go 4 years again?

My fiancee just admitted that he has a problem with coke and perks and that he needs help. He is affraid that if he goes into rehab that his work will fire him. He loves where is working but is affraid that he won't have a job if he goes for help. Is there any laws protecting peoples jobs in this type of situation? Or is there something else he can do? We live in Philadelphia, PA.

I work for a start up cocoa processing plant (only opened 2 months ago). So far I have little to no assign tasks. I've tried asking my bosses for more work and they say okay, but never give me any. I try to just do things around the office, but there is not much to do becuase this is a start up company. I end up surfing the web all day and even that is getting annoying. HELP.

I'm in this kick with macking homemade soups, especially in my crock-pot. If anyone knows of a homade chicken noodle soup recipe that can be made in a crock-pot or not please tell me.

I have a page made in Excel, I want 30 copies of that page, but I need page numbers 1-30. If I just hit print it will print Page 1, 30 times. Is this possible without copy & pasting?

I live in the philadelphia, pa area and my fiance is very depressed. It is to the point that he has panic attacks all day and can not work. He has no insurance and we have little to no money to pay for the help. He is willing to go seek help, but we don't know where to start.
