  • What is a Civil Summons and do I have to respond?

It reads " if you do not want a judgment against you, you will file a response with the .... court" What can they do if I do not file a response? What is the process?

  • Bail yourself out of the "Bailout"- change tax payer status?

Angered by the recent report that the banks don't have to account for the billions of dollars they are being given, I did some homework for all of you to see and research for yourselves- I discovered that (according the the definition of "US Citizen" as stated in the tax codes) the majority of us are not US Citizens at all but rather " non residential aliens" and that under this designation, we do not legally have to pay taxes - a US Citizen by definition ( and this is not exact but accurate) is anyone employed with the US Government or who is living on government land or conclave. It is suggesting that the US government is a separate entity from United States of America and so any one who is not working for them or living on their land is " a non residential alien" and that if you have filed as a US Citizen you can still change your status as a taxpayer- I thought that this was a creative way for the people to stand up against this ridiculous bailout. Is there anyone with knowledge of this and if so, will you share it with others?
