  • Crossword mag subscriptions?

I would like to gift a subscription of a crossword magazine to a crossword addict. Not being an aficionado myself, I wouldn't know how to gage which magazine is best. I know that newspapers increase their difficulty each day. I think something as challenging as the NY Times is reputed to be would be about right.

I found a whole series of crossword puzzle only magazines at www.crosswordsonly.com-sub.info

I also found Dell Crossword magazine subscriptions, but I think those are too easy? Also, I want crosswords only, no mazes, no jumbles.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  • Do you know the answer?

It cracks me up in reviewing resolved questions, how many "best" answers are wrong answers when the correct answer is somewhere down below. People are asking questions because they don't know, but given the right answer amongst mutiple wrong answers, they choose the a wrong answer.

  • Why do you want to leave your current job/employer?

I need a little help formulating the best answer to this question. Reality is I'm unhappy. The company has long underperformed in the stock market. I am looking for a company with greater chance for financial success. 60 percent of the workforce I manage today is in India, that number increases day-by-day. I think that by changing industries, I may have a more secure future - I don't think that reason flies.

I plan to avoid the question by merely stating that I am seeking a company that provides me with greater executive/management opportunities.

Trouble is that I know I have those opportunities with my current employer. I'm just sick of the constant cuts in workforce, the bleeding to off-shore and the low performing stock.
