I was a co-personal guarantee on a business credit card. I never took off the guarantee when I sold off my stock and left the Business. The other person continued to use the card after I left. 5 years after I left,The bank is suing me and the other person for the amount owed. The other person has no money. In court can I argue for being liable for less than the full amount? Half ? Or even less since the card was used after I left the company.

While breaking up the fight a guard is hurt

once the prisoner has stopped resisting, 4 guards continue to rough up the prisoner. There is no video or supervisor around.

You do not participate but witness the excessive force.

You took the job to help prisoners change their lives but do not have the seniority yet to get into a spot to help them. it may take years to get there.

in a few weeks the prisoner will be transferred to a higher level prison.

If you rat out your coworkers you will never have the trust of the others so your career will be tough!

Should you keep quiet or

wait to see if the prisoner files a complaint and there is an investigation

or speak up knowing your coworkers will find out and damage the trust

why or why not?

Gymnasts are no doubt the most athletic people in the world. However, they are performing a practiced sequence of movements and then judged on the outcome based on difficulty. To me that is not a sport. It is a performance competition or pageant. I have no problem with it being in the Olympics, but I hate when gymnastics and ice skating are called sports. It may fit the dictionary meaning of a sport but so dues cooking. Please post your thoughts for or against me!

It was bothering me, by flying by my ears and hitting my monitor. Yes, it had the right to live, but it was trapped in my house at night and i was not going to let it out, so it would have died anyway. Plus, it was tresspassing!
