  • Has anyone read these Books about the truth of islam and Terrorism?

Islam and Terrorism. What the Quran really teaches about Christianity, violence and the goals of the Islamic jihad.

    Islam and the Jews

both books writen by a FORMER Professor of Islamic history at Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt

He makes it very clear the goal of Islam is to rule the world and nonmuslims are to be killed if they refuse to become a muslim. 90% of the quran teaches hate and violence towards NONMUSLIMS

Why is it that NO muslim in the west protests the KILLING of christians in muslim nations are muslim teaching that evil that muslims in the west say NOTHING about the christians being KILLED in muslims nations

  • Can a Mormon explain this teaching to me?

According to LDS theology, God the Father is a resurredted, "exalted" man named Elohim, who was at one time NOT God. He was once a mortal man on another planet who, through obedience to precepts of HIS god, eventually attained godhood. The late Mormon apostle Bruce McConkie "Elohim, plural word through it is used as the exalted name-title of God the Eternal Father." ( Mormon Doctrine, 2nd ed. [Salt Lake City: Bookcraft, 1979], 224)

It would seem that the LDS god had a father god and GRANDFATHER and so on into the past forever.

    BUT

Christian view God has always been God there is NOTHING greater then God

Ps 90:2 Before the mountains were born Or You gave birth to the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.

Implicit throughout Isaiah 40-48 is the supreme soverignty and utter uniqueness of Yahweh in creation, beside who there is no other god.

    can you explain this puzzle

  • Muslims. Why is it that when christian schollars study the history of Islam muslims want them dead.?

It is because the christian schollars are finding out the truth about islam and how they stool their ideas from other writing of their time. or is because they are finding alot of errors in the Qu'ran. why is it that these brave schollars have to go into hiding for fear from being killed by muslims

  • Why do muslims believe they worship the same God as Christians.?

    The God of the Qur'an "loves not the prodigals" (Surah 3:140, Ali), and neither does He love "him who is treacherous, sinful" (Surah 4:107, Ali);

but "God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)

    The God of the Qur'an provided a messenger, Muhammad, who warned of Allah's impending judgement (Surahs 2:119; 5:19; 7:184, 188; 15:89-90) and who declared that "No bearer of a burden can bear the burden of another" (Surahs 17:15; 35:18, Ali);

but the God of the Bible provided a sinless Savior, Jesus, who took our sins upon himself and bore God's wrath in our stead (Matthew 20:28; 26:28; Luke 22:37; John 3:16; 10:9-11; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Galatians 3:13; 1 Thessalonians 5:9-10).

    Anyone can see the difference

L RON HUBBARD AND JESUS CHRIST (updated repost with references)

I have heard it said that a Scientology spokeswoman stated that Scientology is "not a turn the other cheek religion". How true, indeed. This article contains an updated repost of this comparation between Christianity and Scientology, which many found quite revealing. Now also references.

  • Why do the JW's deny Jesus is God?

I have been chatting witha JW and she denies Jesus is God, WHY, when the scriptures clearly teach Jesus IS GOD.

    NASB

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

John 1:14 ¶ And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Heb 1:8 But of the Son {He says,} "YOUR THRONE, O GOD, IS FOREVER AND EVER, AND THE RIGHTEOUS SCEPTER IS THE SCEPTER OF HIS KINGDOM.

2 Pet 1:1 Simon Peter, a bond-servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, ¶ To those who have received a faith of the same kind as ours, by the righteousness of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ:

Titus 2:13 looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus,

John 10:33 The Jews answered Him, "For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy; and because You, being a man, make Yourself out {to be} God."

  • What does Jesus mean?

    NIV

Mt 7:1 “Do not judge, or you too will be judged.

Mt 7:2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

BUT in this verse Jesus says

Jn 7:24 Stop judging by mere appearances, and make a right judgment.”

It would seem to me that Jesus was saying IF you judge, do NOT judge in a CONDEMNING manner, BUT in a LOVING HELPFUL WAY. in order to save a brother or sister from the fires of hell.

  • Is it right for christians to judge others INSIDE the church?

Paul clearly told the church to judge those who say the are christians but live in sin.

    NIV

1Co 5:9, I have written you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people—

1Co 5:10, not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world

1Co 5:11, But now I am writing you that you must not associate with anyone who calls himself a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a swindler. With such a man do not even eat.

1Co 5:12, What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?

1Co 5:13, God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked man from among you.”

Notice the words "" calls himself a brother ""

I see no problem "judging" a brother who is living in sin. BUT IN a LOVING WAY.

Jude 23, snatch others from the fire and save them; to others show mercy,

  • What is your understanding of the New Covenant?

    NASB

Luke 22:20 And in the same way {He took} the cup after they had eaten, saying, "This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in My blood.

2 Cor 3:6 who also made us adequate {as} servants of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

2 Cor 3:7 ¶ But if the ministry of death, in letters engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the sons of Israel could not look intently at the face of Moses because of the glory of his face, fading {as} it was,

2 Cor 3:8 how will the ministry of the Spirit fail to be even more with glory?

2 Cor 3:9 For if the ministry of condemnation has glory, much more does the ministry of righteousness abound in glory.

    2 Cor 3:10 For indeed what had glory, in this case has no glory because of the glory that surpasses {it.}

2 Cor 3:11 For if that which fades away {was} with glory, much more that which remains {is} in glory.

  • are the 10 commandments gone as a whole?

the sabbath command is not in the New Testament. and they were not given to christians.

Exodus 34:27 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write down these words, for in accordance with these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel." Here we see that the ten commandments were given to Israel ONLY, 28 Moses was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights without eating bread or drinking water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant--the Ten Commandments. Deuteronomy 4:13 He declared to you his covenant, the Ten Commandments, which he commanded you to follow and then wrote them on two stone tablets. Deuteronomy 9:9 When I went up on the mountain to receive the tablets of stone, the tablets of the covenant that the LORD had made with you, I stayed on the mountain forty days and forty nights; I ate no bread and drank no water. 11 At the end of the forty days and forty nights, the LORD gave me the two stone tablets, the tablets of the covenant.

  • Is it possible to live a gay lifestyle and still be christian?

the bible clearly teaches that homosexuality is a sin, and ALL sins lead to death. what about church's who support gay marriage are they still christian church's or church's of satan

    NIV

2Co 11:13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ.

2Co 11:14 And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.

2Co 11:15 It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.

  • Pauls thorn in the flesh ??

Pauls thorn in the flesh could have been that he was going BLIND

2Co 12:7 To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me.

2Co 12:8 Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me.

Gal 4:13 As you know, it was because of an illness that I first preached the gospel to you.

Gal 4:14 Even though my illness was a trial to you, you did not treat me with contempt or scorn. Instead, you welcomed me as if I were an angel of God, as if I were Christ Jesus himself.

Gal 4:15 What has happened to all your joy? I can testify that, if you could have done so, you would have torn out your eyes and given them to me.

Paul WAS NOT GAY. If anyone would read the bible Paul preached against homosexuality
