  • Radiator problem with my Honda civic hatchback '91.?

I can start it but with no water in the radiator, since it actually "spits" the little water ( like a muffler) I have in there, or won't start if I fill the radiator all the way! (I'm thinking that it kind of floods one piston, because at some point I can try hard many times to start it again till I force it and "spits" the water with lots of force again!..

It seems to me that it could have a cracked head gasket since I'm getting air pressure going into my radiator (I just changed the manifold gasket and wasn't that)!...

I changed my water pump, head gasket, water seals and timing belt about 2 years ago and I only think that the mechanic put too much pressure on those bolts on the head engine!..And I don't see any water in mi oil dipstick in the engine compartment!..

    Any other possibilites from anybody?

  • What type of regulations to fly and ULTRA LIGHT TRIKE?...?

What time they can be operated?

How many hours to get a liscence?

Can they fly inside towns and cities like to be used for regular transportation as far as if you can spot big places were you could land?

Could they be used for advertising (banners atached on their tails like cessnas do?

Is there practically no risk to get an accident and drop from the sky if the rotor fails because they can be operated like hangliders?
