SO this is what i do...

3pm i go to the gym

5pm i hit the hardcourt

7pm i jog

i only eat crab soup, wheat bread and tuna during lunch time

i have an after 6 diet....

i do this during weekdays...

on weekends i eat anything i want...

gud thing about it is that watever i've eaten on the weekend wud be burned during monday sessions...by tuesday i'm again losing weight...

my peak weight was 250lbs...i'm 185 now

i've been doing this thing since may of last year...

i've started the after 6 dis january...

and the tuna and wheat bread thing this march...

i've added the crab soup since sumtimes i got used to the tuna and feels like i kinda dont like it...

what i'm having a hard time is losing my man boobs and belly...

i already have a lean upper body but can all this things make me to i guess around 150 in two months?
