I have a Fender Jazz Bass and I'm thinking about trading it in for an Ibanez AG (hollow or semi-hollow, not sure which). Anyway, I've played bass for about 2 years and I was wondering what the difference in tone and any other differences between the Fender and the Ibanez, and whether the Ibanez is a good bass to get.

Sometimes my eyes will just start jerking up and down and making everything look like it's shaking. It's gotten a lot less frequent, but when I was younger it would happen quite often. I was wondering if this is something I should worry about.

I got my ears pierced a while ago. The left one is fine and I can change earrings easily. But on my right ear, I have this stud earring with one of those rubbery things to hold it on, and the rubbery thing has totally hardened. That wouldn't be bad except that I can't pull it off, so I can't get my earring off. It's totally stuck, to loosen the thing I've tried hot water, Vaseline, and soap, but it didn't work. So it seems to be permanently stuck. Any suggestions?
