My son is an avid player and pretty good if I can go on what his friends say. Any ideas would be appreciated. Online searches have only turned out sites that want you to pay to play, if you get my meaning. How do I find legitimate sites and do you need formal training to be considered?

It's a Dell that I bought new in Oct of 01. It's a pentium 4,dimension2400.It's buzzing right now,but working fine.It started sunday when I first turned it on so I turned it off and unplugged it for about 30 mins.It stopped buzzing then but now it buzzes almost every time I turn it on.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
