Please if the country legalized it then taxed the hell out of it the country would make a fortune and then we wouldn't be making cuts of schools or hospitals or other things that our kids and us need. The govt is not looking at the potential cash flow that could bring in just legalize it. Make it 18 to buy from a store. You can't over dose on weed unlike aspirin. That my 10 yr old can get at the local store. B. Obama did it just lets do it and make a whole bunch of cash.

The govt wants to put additional $1 tax on cigarettes. But wouldn't legalizing marijuana and taxing that help america more? Why are people so scared of weed? Nobody overdoses on weed now aspirin that is another story and my 10 year old can buy that over the counter. Make the age limit 18 to buy like cigarettes and make a fortune govt. I understand that the pats have a chance at history going 16-0 and my hat goes off to them. But wasnt their even a better game a few weeks ago with the cowboys and packers? Both teams had one loss and fighting for the number 1 seed in the NFC. That made a huge roar in the NFL community that alot of fans could not see that game. Is it me or is the NFL kind of favoring the Patriots. This is going to be another blow out game the giants will rest all their big name starters on defense and BB and Tom Brady will play all the way into the 4th quarter running up the score on a defense that will look pathetic. Tom Brady even asked the giants to rest their 3 top pass rushers how sad is that is he afraid he will get hurt? there were alot of bad calls in the superbowl between the steelers and seahawks. Were the refs just as bad in the pats-ravens game. Big Ben said he didnt get in on his diving td. Burelson never pushed off on the td. It is legal to knock a wr on his a** within 5 yards. it is ok to hit a reciever and touch them with in 5 yards. It is not fair to the fans to make such important games come down to what the powers at be want to have happen. IE Pats going 16-0 and Steelers JB winning his only SB in his HOME TOWN.
