I have a set of brushes I bought from Bare Minerals years ago that are still in great condition. I have recently replaced all of my brushes with synthetic type brushes and now I don't know what to do with these. I don't want to throw them away if someone would be willing to buy them. I would of course double shampoo them and disinfect them before hand, but my question is would anyone actually buy them? I probably have 10 brushes. I am just looking for honest answers. No, eww thats gross or anything. Just a yes or no is fine. I am only asking so I can try and figure out what to do with them.

I recently adopted two new kittens, 3 and 4 months old. I also currently have a 7 year old cat who has been a singleton since adoption. Understandably, shes a little upset that there are new cat smells in the house. We have not introduced them yet since I know its best to wait until the existing cat shows little to no signs of aggression with the new kitty smells. This question is specifically for people who have had a single cat and introduced new cats.

How long did it take before your existing cat became accustomed to the new cats? I know it will take time, I was just looking to see what other peoples experiences were introducing new cats to the household.

I have been taking oral birth control every day for the past 13 years. I am ready to come off it so my husband and I can start trying for a baby but I am freaking out about what is going to happen when I do. I would like to hear from some women who have come off of birth control and hear your stories about what happened to you.

So my friend is getting married in a little over a month, and it seems that I have been invited to more than just the wedding. The wedding shower is two weeks before the wedding, and the bachelorette party is one week before the wedding. My question is... do I really need to get her three gifts? My budget is extremely tight since my husband lost his job and I think it seems sort of ridiculous to give three different gifts when I can barely afford rent.

Here is what I was thinking.. I give a gift at the bachelorette party. Non expensive lingerie probably. And at the wedding shower, I give a handmade knitted cotton blanket and then not give another gift at the wedding. Is this acceptable?

I would really appreciate peoples opinions on this matter. Thanks!
