This year we get to vote for someone to vote FOR us for President? What kind of crap is this and why are we allowing it?

I was arrested during the raid of an illegal internet. cafe who had signs posted saying that this was not gambling but was a legal sweepstakes. They were lying, and had been warned to shut down but they did not. I found this out after being included in a grand jury indictment. What would be the grounds to sue them and should I speak to a class action attorney or pro bono?

It is the sexiest song, a latino group of people sing it. In the video, it pans the whole room, and everyone is doing the same kind of dance, kind of in slow motion. It is a very sexual dance move they keep doing, and it alternates between the guy and the girl singing, and the name of the song may not even be in english, but the rest of the song is. If I remember right, it is like they are singing about the vibe inside the club, or maybe even the club itself. They look like gang bangers, and it is a very sexy video...it has a medium tempo, and was made like early 2000's.

I showed the cops where I bought it from, and have a court date. Now, I did not know the bike was stolen. It looked clean, the guy seemed decent, and I spent $116 on the damn thing. I am her mother, and she lives with her dad. She has lived with him since she was 7. We have always remained close, shopping on weekends, and had a good relationship. Recently (since high school started) she has blown me off constantly. How do I remain in her life without being resentful, or butthurt about it? How should I act if she does come around? The wake is today, the funeral is tomorrow--my question is it more appropriate for me to show up for visitation only, and not attend the actual funeral? I knew her well, and cared very much.
