I am asking for my male friend. His ex girlfriend is having his baby. He just found out that she wants to put her current boyfriends name on the birth certificate. Is this legal. The father of the baby wants to be in the baby's life so I don't think it is fair? Or legal? Is it?

I am pregnant with my first child and I am 31 years old. I am separated from the father (husband of 6 years) because he is an addict. Although I love him unconditionally, I can not be around him or his habit. Obviously my parents do not like him and they are very upset that I am pregnant. In fact my mother told me to get an abortion. This I just can not do..I am 19 weeks and already attached. I live and take care of my grandmother but I can no longer live here, I am unemployed but looking for work. So I have no where to live...public housing is closed meaning there is no public housing, all places in my area that help pregnant females are booked up, I have no support, living off of very little income, and I feel like my life is not worth it anymore. I feel that my only solution is suicide. I don't want to bring my son in this world under these conditions and I could not bear it to give him away. I'm hurt, lost, depressed and alone. What do you suggest?

I want to help individuals who get released from prison to find employment, housing, and just help them transition into society. Obviously I'm only wanting to help those who want to help themselves. But would I pursue a degree in social work or is there another field I should go into?

Hi, I'm 28 right now and I stupidly got married at 26. The guy was an inmate, yes I know please keep comments to a minimum, and we both agreed, after he got out of prison, this was not going to work so I immediately left (2006) and have not been in contact with him ever since. Now I am in another relationship (not an inmate) and we can't get serious like I want to because I need a divorce. He, my current man, understandably will not move forward unless I get this divorce. I am more than ready but the problem is my job requires me to be on the road going state to state very often. I don't have a stable place. So how do I file, pay and get this divorce if I cannot be in the same city as this man? Is there a way?

I have a 10 mo. old bull mastiff girl and recently got a new 4 month old puppy a few weeks ago. My girl wentthrough her cycle and we caught the boy humpin her so is it possible she got pregnant? Her nipples are getting a tad bigger, she is vomiting, and she is getting more aggressive. Are these signs of pregnancy or growing up?

Ofcourse if my own heart is telling me yes so I already know the answers...just want to know some opinions. Here's the short version:

My boyfriend of 2 1/2 years and I just got robbed. We live on the road with a traveling sales group so we live in hotel rooms. Now we had some 'merch' and over $100 stolen out of our nightstnd in the room. The only people who occupy the room are me him and his brother. His brother was working out in the field and it was just him and I. We both were gone out of the room on several occasions but door was locked. Last night I first noticed i was gone. He was asleep I woke him and asked him where he put it and he said its in the drawer. When I said it wasn't his first thought was I took it or I was in kahoots with whoever did. And he can't wrap around his head somebody robbed him it had to be me. So I was pissed off and I packed up and broke up with him. So now he thinks that is more of a reason to suspect me. But I didn't leave the business..just moved in with my girl. I'm still around...so if i took it...which I didn't...why still be here...among other questions. My question...Am I right for leaving? Who wants a boyfriend that doesn't trust them?! And I never did anything in the past to even think I am that type of person...man love hurts!

Besides..."Just leave him!" I already know that part but what if you had no where to go really...a shelter is out and i can't beat him back...what do i do? How do i....live?

All she does is sleeps....I engage her in activity as often as i should but afterwards she just lays down. Why? Is it the breed or is something wrong?

She loves milk. She won't eat her dry doggy food but if i pour milk on top like cereal she is all over it! She its it all. So is milk bad for her? She goes to the bathroom fine...i'm confused need help.
