Strange as it sounds l like wheat bran. Now I'm starting a low carb diet. If I have wheat bran with cream or watered down milk is it zero carbs for the wheat bran and only the carbs from the milk or cream?

We believed in the "family" bed as a way to raise our son. Now we regret it. While in the past he would spend some nights in his own room/bed now it gotten to a point that he just says he can't sleep. We've tried reading, snack, talking, wearing him out with exercise during the day. Nothing can get him over this. We KNOW it OUR FAULT and are so sorry to have done this to him. I'm confused. US team is made up of players from England teams, etc. How are country teams assembled? Beckham plays for US team but wants to be on England team...US team has players from other countries and on other teams. I'm new to the sport and would like to understand this process.

So, you bring in a qualified clunker and get approved for the 4500$ from the gov. My questions are: 1. Do you get the value of the car from the dealer as a trade in AND the 4500? 2. What does the dealer do with the car after you trade it in? (if he sells it as used it's back on the road, if he junks it who pays him for the trade in value you got?)

Growing up on Barnagat Bay in NJ we always thought that low tide in the bay meant high tide in the ocean. Now in Fl. we live on the intracoastal and wonder was that wrong thinking in NJ? and are both Intracoastal and ocean high/low at the same time or what? thanks.

We live in S. Florida near the intracoastal waterway. When the tide is high in the intracoastal is it low in the ocean and visa versa....low tide in ocean means high tide in intracoastal? Thanks.

Firefox does not have "options"?

Under tools in Firefox 5.0 for mac there is not "options" under the tools drop down...how do I shut off auto complete in the search bar and also the drop down history in the search bar? Uncheck in Privacy "remember what I've entered etc" but no help" Suggestions?

A bunch of crooks got busted and convicted of bilking old folks out of their money with fake coin scam. Took place in Leavittown NY. They were supposed to be sentenced last week...anyway on line to find out if they were/what jail time they got? They should rot.
