has anyone experience Comcast putting a cap on a single session, I have been trying to download legit software (and OS [linux] an a game client) and it seems that all my downloads cap at 2 GB has anyone experience this. I know Comcast already put a 250GB cap on monthly usage. If anyone could test it. This is getting absurd.

I am so close to dropping them i am just waiting for FIOS to reach me.

Please keep in mind this is an actual thesis and I have tried doing background searches in history books, libraries and prior thesis to when, where and why referring to USA citizens as Americans.

My best search concluded that any individual traveling to the Americas even before any country existed were called Americans. However I want to learn at which point the difference was made. Since Spaniards, English, etc were all being called Americans as long as they resided any where in what is now North and South America

Please before you reply. Make a valid argument; this is not a “you can call whatever you want” question.

I am trying to find out the origin and the background of this.

Also do not reply if the argument is” The USA is only country that uses America in the name” I already have tried to argued this point however it was mooted since the preposition “of” in the name is used to indicate inclusion in a class or a particular item (country) within a category (The Americas).

if the probability or doing a certain task is 60/100 with additional artificial help of 35/100. If certain modifiers are added such as a 5% penalty of the prob. then 2 other modifiers, wheter improving or decreasing the initial probability. What will be teh formula to predict the probabilty of performing that task successfully.
