  • Has anyone had a terrible itch during pregnancy?

My friend asked me to post this question about terrible itching all over her body. She is approx. 6 weeks along. She says the itch never goes away & it is on all different parts of her body. She keeps scratching, but can never satify the itch. It sounds crazy, but she is deperate. The doctor says to quit taking the prenatal vitamins & see what happens. She quit taking them, and still no relief. Has anyone else ever heard of this?

  • Painful periods after tubal ligation?

I had a tubal ligation after my son was born in November. Since then my periods have been extremely painful & heavy. My Dr says that the tubal has nothing to do with it. I disagree since I never had these problems before. This was my second child & this didn't happen after the birth of my first. The cramping is torture & the bleeding is unbelievable. Has anyone else experienced this after a tubal?

  • What year did it become mandatory for sediment traps on gas furnaces?

According to the National Fuel Gas Code, sediment traps are required on gas furnaces. It was brought to my attention this morning that my furnace does not have one. I need to know what year this was deemed mandatory so I can find out if the manufacturer of my mobile home is responsible for the cost of fixing this.

  • Does anyone else have major fear of death?

I worry about death and dying all the time. Not just about myself, but about people I love. Sometimes I even dream about it. My mom says this is abnormal. I know this is a common fear, but does anyone else worry this much?

  • How can I help my daughter overcome her shyness?

My daughter is 5 years old & so shy that I'm starting to really worry. She is in her second year of preschool and that has helped some. It takes forever for her to warm-up enough to talk to anyone, sometimes even family. When given a gift or anything, she won't take it. I have to open it for her. Never says any thank-yous either. Not because she is rude, she is just that scared. She always wants to talk to so & so, but when the time comes, she freezes up. Her father & I are not shy people and take her many places & entertain at home often. Can anyone help?
