Please, in your practical experience do Dr. Martens boots run small or large?

My shoe size depends heavily on the brand and type of shoe. I am usually a solid 7.5, but sometimes I'm a 7 or I can even fit my foot into a 6.5 if shoes run rather large! Most of the time an 8 is too big for my foot.

I am asking to buy the Dr. Martens Pierre boot in Black/White (like Kurt from Glee 3D :P)

I am something like a week early, but that's on a 39 day schedule.

It started Sunday afternoon, that light brown stuff that always happens just before the red stuff starts. I expected to start red stuff normally, but there has been just been brown goo for 3 days. Sometimes there is some red when I clean up, but it's all the brown pre-period goo.

I suspect the change in time and consistency could be due to different exercise, eating, and life habits. But it was basically normal last month, with the prolonged time between.

I have a severe needle phobia. The only time I have ever willingly gotten a shot was for volunteering at a hospital to further my professional career.

Now, I need allergy shots. When the doctor told me, I had a dizzy panic attack and started crying, and I was sick about it all night. I didn't even see a needle.

I have concluded that I am one of the few needle phobics that is actually afraid of the instrument itself, rather than the pain associated with the prick. How do I deal with this specific fear?

I can't go on suffering with my allergies like this.

How can I calm my fear?
