Father trying to make a 22 year old take a paternity test? Friend does not want to do it...?
We have searched everywhere & can't find an answer for this...does anyone have any idea where to search? My friend is 22 years old & her parents are divorcing. She wants nothing from her father (& he will not even look at her or speak to her) & the mother just wants everything split equally. He wants everything so he's grasping for any reason not to have to share. Can a judge or the courts make my friend do the paternity test? We live in Mississippi.

My sisters baby's father just got out of jail from a 1 year served of 3 years.His name is not on the birth certificate but he want's to be able to take the child on unsupervised visits.Can he do this and how may we stop this. He is a bad person & should not be able to even see the child in our opinion.
