I would like to delete my facebook account, but can't do it: I know the steps, but every time I click "Account settings", they ask for my password. I type it, but instead of showing me "My account settings", I'm being redirected to my Home page.

Does anybody know why/have a solution?

i lost 14 kilos( 30 pounds) in 6 months by cutting out fat food and junk food.. i also jogged, burned 200 cal a day on the elliptical machine, swimming three times a week... now i gained 12 kilos back im really desperate...

my question is: if i restart my diet will i lose the extra pounds that quick?

Pour maigrir, j'ai commence a faire du sport( natation, gym, courir + bruler 200 cal par jour sur un appareil de fitness.) au petit dej: des cereals fitness avec du lait degraisse. a l'ecole a 1h: des legumes vertes+ une tartine de pain entier. a la maison, avant 4 h: un repas leger. plus de legumes et fruits qu'avant. plus des fast foods et plus des sodas. je consommais 1200 cal par jour, de temps un temps 1500. j'ai perdu 14 kilos ( de 68 a 54)en 7 mois. J'ai 17 ans, 1.74 m. est-ce que ce regime affecte ma sante? j'aimerais le recommencer car j'ai repris 7 kilos en 2 mois.

hello. i'm now on a one month vacation in a foreign country.. i came here with 125 lbs( 57 kilos) and im now 137lbs(62 kilos). I don't consider myself fat, but i would like to be 125 lbs again.. i thought about stop eating bread, cheese, sweets and replacing them with non-cooked vegetables... i have acces to a bike here im gonna exeercise on that... do you think i'll be able to lose the weight i gained?
