I live in Dallas,Tx and I was watching the news and now the mexicans that live here are planning a MASSIVE mega march this weekend....they had one back in 2006 and over 300k people attended.....my only opinion is ....if it's WRONG....it's WRONG!! Why wasn't something done YEARS ago before this mess got out of hand...I have nothing against immigrants for any country but if you came here the illegal way then u should be treated like someone who broke the LAW.....The law is the law....I can't break it without getting punished.....How can u??

in a friends with benefits type friendship and he said Cool. He asked for my number and lastnight at the gym and he texted me today. Also he is married as well.....After texting me a few times today....he sent me NAKED PICTURE of him!!!!!! He doesn't even know me and like I told him I was married and I thought men and women could be friends but I guess NOTTTTTTT!!! He sent me an email asking to take me out for dinner which I declined!!! How can I get rid of this idiot!!! I had to do a physical for my new job and they doctor noticed that my thyroid was swollen and wanted me to get it checked out. Well when I went to see my PCP the following week she checked it and sent me to get an ultrasound the next day. Well today I just received the results and she is sending me to see a "Endocrinologist". I am a NERVOUS WRECK!!!! I'm 27 years old and just last year I found out that I have LUPUS so I've been in and out of the doctor office ALL YEAR!! The doctor stated that there was "MASS " found in the ultrasound and my thyroid was swollen.Is this something I need to really worry about??? I've been online looking for information....I'm going to go to the radiology office tomorrow to get a copy of my ultrasound to see what they found. I'm hoping at my previous job my insurance is still ACTIVE because my new job insurance does not take effect till May 2010....Has anyone every had or know anyone with thyroid cancer??? PLEASE HELP!!

Is it me or should companies be required to have a translator??? However, I was able to find another employee in a total different department to help her but who comes to a country and not know the language????? I would never go to a country if I can't talk the language....What's going on in this world???

The cop said that I ran a stop sign near my home and it's my 1st ticket....I have a job interview soon and it stated no class b misdemeanor or above and I don't know what's an a or b....does anyone know ??

We are still in the same situation...I just don't understand what the purpose was could anyone explain? My co-worker stated that it was illegal immigrants marching for rights to become US citizens but if all they have to do is file paperwork to become a US Citizen....How come they just don't do that? That sounds easier to me then being smuggled into the US. Why didn't Bush finalize this mess?????

Immigrants come here anyway so why not. Then we don't have to worry about people dying in water because they drowned or got killed crossing the border. When is this going to every have a conculsion?

give me any pointers because I received a ticket on 12/2 .......0.1 miles from my house @ 8:30pm from a COP driving around my subdivision that I recently moved into. I am going to fight the ticket because he is WRONG!!! He claimed that I didn't stop at a STOP SIGN and I know for sure that I did. Now what I didn't do....he didn't give me ticket for....I didn't use my signal because there was no one behind me or in front of me at the stop sign across from me. I also saw his patrol car 2 blocks away ( couldn't miss it because he was just sitting at a stop sign with bright lights). I've heard stories about how people hate cops and everything and now after this.....they are no longer high on list for protecting and serving.....SORRY!!! Also the COP wanted me to say he was RIGHT and if I admitted to going thru the stop sign....he stated he wouldn't give me ticket....I simply just told him......write the ticket because I didn't run the stop sign...This is my FIRST TICKET EVER and I'm 27....out of all the thing's people are doing ....robbing, raping, killing......he writes me a ticket because he thinks I ran a stop sign.....running a stop sign would put me in harms way big time and why in the hell would I do that??? It would also put the people that live over there in harms way....I'm just like WOW!!! Now I see what people are talking about!!!

He stopped me 0.1 miles from my house @ 8pm at night saying I didn't stop at a stop sign and if I told him he was correct then he wouldn't give me a ticket and I said NO!! I know I didn't run it because if I did I could have gotten hit from a car coming from the opposite side and I even saw him at the sitting at the stop sign 2 blocks over so it wouldn't make since for me to RISK my life running a freakin stop sign.....I AM PISSED THAT'S FOR SURE!!! this is my 1st ticket and I would like to know what I should do. As a new citizen to this area I indeed plan on calling the police department and after he gave me my ticket he told me "SEE YOU IN COURT"!!! I was just about to feel guilty for how people treat COPS....now I see why!!!! I have lost all respect for them....I went back to the exact spot he was sitting and there is NO WAY IN HELL HE COULD SEE WELL FROM HOW FAR HE WAS LOCATED!!! Any suggestions on how I should handle this STUPID TICKET!!!!
