My question is when I'm not using them but the ac cords are plugged in, am I consuming power even though the consoles are turned off and the plugs to recharge the handhelds are still plugged in the wall? Let's say you have an indefinite amount of time and almost limitless resources to torture one individual. Local and national protective bodies have pre-judged the individual and are tacitly condoning the means of torture. Human rights organizations are familiar with the acceptance of their local bodies. The only rule would be not to leave any direct proof on the body of torture that can't be attributed to any type of normal illness or self-inflicted abuse. If you wanted that person to suffer gradually more and more how would you go about it? Remember the point of the exercise is maximum suffering. This individual would be in an unrestrained environment with absolutely no moral support ie. no one would believe or say he believes he is being trotured. You would have carte blanche.

How would you go about it? How far would you go? Remember, you can't leave any definitive proof but argumentative would be half of the point of his torture, to further accentuate mental anguish.
