I know of a solicitor who has registered himself as a director of loads of companies, mostly registered at his home address, some of which have very strange and silly names. He is not listed as a company formation agent.

Is this practice normal among solicitors or am I dealing with a suspicious character here.?

I wish to move from Humanities studies to Theology but the OU has no interest in our Christian heritage - being an atheist organisation. Is it possible to transfer the small number of credits gained on OU courses to another course outside of the OU?

I am researching 1900 - 1950 and looking for a chronology of war and military action for this period that include statistical information about the level of casualties and fatalities among citizens as well as combatants. This would include civil wars, international conflicts as well as casualties from political / ideological revolution.
