I read the newspaper article about the soldiers raping and killing that 14 year old girl and her family and was wondering what Iraqi law says about that concerning the girl and the soldiers. I am discussing the stereotyping of males and females in not only America, but all over the world, and chose this article to talk about. In our country we would never publish the girl's name because she was a victim and because she was a child and yet her name is in print. I was wondering what Iraq law is concerning females when they are raped and murdered; if they are not murdered, are they considered unclean, like in our Old Testament Bible? I would really like to learn the culture more and have an open mind when it comes to other cultures, so please, no answers with attitude, just ones with respect. Thank you--
