what I was offered by my soon to be "X" is final or can I appeal it? I feel like I was plotted against , I got there late & was in a rush.My lawyer said The Judge is Old School & would not reconize ( 14 yrs of living together) prior2 marriage. During Our time 2 gether I did not work, took care of rental property e.t.c .We had no children. But Last yr I did have a miscarriage in 4th month, He has not given me any support of any kind i.e. paid bills,e.t.c. So What I need to know is This it ? Can I appeal it or whatever you wanna call it? The judge said something to the laws about 28 days to file , Does that mean 28 day period is incase,say I have time to re think what was said & Appeal it & request a different offer such as alimony , health insurance e.t.c Please Help me cause I swear I just don't know whto do~ It just doesn't seem fair, I don't want everyhing , But I do feel I should get abit more than what was offered

Been together 18 yrs , married 5 yrs& 6 months.Heading to Divorce but I feel like I am in a losin Battle .He never wanted me to work & I have no income & no help from him at all.I lost a baby during 5/2005 so We have no Kids.He pays no form of support( Bills e.t.c)I had to Borrow to pay for the Lawyer( And Bill keeps growing )He had the Affair & tells me ..Michigan is "NO FAULT" state.He filed in Sept 2005 in Different County from which I live & it seems as if My Lawyer & his are just dragging it out to make more $$ & or m Drain me of my $$ so I will just settle out of Court.I 've been told that I am entitled to support& alimony ? Am I ?And that there is away for him end up paying for my Lawyer. Help :)
