Create 3D graphics, and then tell (program if that's the proper word for it) them what to do.
The general idea of what I would like to be able to do is:
Create 3D graphics
then be able to Tell them what to do, essentially, make a game or maybe even a movie.
I am aware of MAYA and Blender, but am unsure if once I made something in one of these programs, whether or not I would be able to then make the image, I thad created, move.
If any of this makes no sense, let me know and I'll try to clearify.

Texturing, 3D Graphic design(is that called modeling), rendering, animation(for the shapes and/or figures I make).
Basically I want something that allows me to learn how to make an image, make it look real, and then make it move. If I can't do this with one program let me know what programs I could use together please. I would like to stay $200 or lower if possible.
