Under California bankruptcy law, can I discharge an unsecured credit card company that has placed a wage garnishment on my paycheck? Ideally, my goal is to remove the garnishment? I did try to negotiate with the Company's Collection Attorney, but they refused to negotiate even a reduction of the wage garnishment. So, here I am about to file a Chapter 7 to have this wage garnishment removed or even reduced; is that something I can remove under chpt7? If not, is a chpt13 the way to go, or what do you suggest?

How is it that I having a physical need for intimacy, didn't have an affair with another woman to fulfill that need? But my wife, having a emotional need for intimacy, did have an affair with another man to fulfill that need. I am confused, but I'm not stupid about intimacy primarily being an emotion rather than a physical need. If I had my choice, I'd take emotional intimacy over physical - but, as human being I need both. And I certainly would not seek intimacy outside of our marriage, at least I haven't. What are your thoughts on matter? And please, not BS, I'm asking because I need understand why my wife would cheat on me after 22years of marriage.

I have been married 22-years, and discovered my wife has been having a 5-9 month affair. We have three teenage children. We are attending marriage counselling and begun to discussing reconciliation, and to be honest with you I just don't see any evidence behind her words. Please, I looking for hope that things actually might work for us. Please, I need honesty.

I think it means "I love you with all my heart ..." but I don't know what the AFF means. Then again, I might be wrong. So, who knows what ILYWAMHAAF means?

I recently started taking a yoga class at the gym and have really enjoyed it. And I was thinking how awesome it would be if there was Christian Yoga, is there such a thing?

If so, what is it called? Who teaches it? Is there Christian Yoga music? The physical and mental benefits of yoga are fantastic, I'm just looking to make the experience far more meaningful/substantive to me. I'm open to any websites, Youtube links, iTunes or anything to get me pointed in the direction of a Christ-centered yoga experience. Thanks for your help.

If you could get Jesus alone just for a few minutes what would you want to ask? Only one question, keep it simple. Make sure its the most pressing question on your mind/heart that you want/need answered. Although I would prefer serious questions, there is no restriction. In your own words, can you explain 2 Corinthians 4:7 to me? What treasure is it? What are the clay jars? What is the extraordinary power that belongs to God?

Is it possible to be guilty and innocent of our sin at the same time?

Are the innocent protected by God? Or is the sinner protected?

I really need your help this question. I'm interested in learning all I can about the Magi, the people spoken of in Matthew 2:1-12. Do we have any anthropological or historical evidence about the Magi? Please tell me what you know about them: or a least where can I get the answers. Who are they? Where were they from? Why did they come to see Jesus? And how did they know the Son of God was to be and is born in the flesh?
