I was wondering how I could get word out about my shop? I really want to be successful with it, and do great so that I can continue on. I sew childrens dresses, and I don't have the money to promote it financially. Any advice would be great!

The older dog only wants to eat the puppy food now, and the pups will eat there's but only want hers. Is there an in between that we can use so that everybody will eat???

Now as an adult, almost 20 years after having had surgery on both of my hips, I am having a lot of pain. Sometimes my R hip goes numb, and other times, I have pain that shoots from my hip down to my knee, and wraps around my shin bone. Sometimes when I am sitting down my toes turn blue, and my tonails turn purple...then my left hip often times feels as if there is a giant bubble that just wants to pop. Then every now and then, my hips lock up to the point where I cant stand up, I can barely sit, and I cant bend or unbend my knee's. What I guess I'm looking for is somebody who has had this issue, or somebody who knows about this issue. I want to know what now??? 20 years later, what do I have to look forward to, and are these issues I am having treatable???

I was just wondering, has anybody here actually lost weight using Green tea, or Green Tea extracts??? If so, how did you feel during the process, and when or if you stopped did you put the weight back on??? Also, did you feel healthy while taking this product?? Has anybody had negative effects using this product???

Hi, I've been trying to find this information, but cannot seem to find it any where. I was wondering if anybody knew what the ratio of CNA to patient is??? I know that 1 to 20 is way too much...and so hard to handle....

My mom and I want to start a mother daughter business making rag dolls, of various sizes, I was wondering since It would be a home based business, how would we go about getting word out, and what would be the best method of advertisement....and how much over cost wold one generally charge...were not trying to get rich or make a whole lot of money, its just kind of a mother daughter thing that would give us a little bit more of a chance to work together, and keep doing what we like to do...

If you are only a week pregnant can you start feeling nauseous??? I had herd that you can start feeling it the day after you get pregnant, but I don't know.

how many full figured gals would be more comfortable going to a seamstress to buy clothes if they could save money and not have to go through the hastle of department stores?

I'm thinking about Sewing and Selling Scrub tops on the side for extra money. What I'm wanting to know is, I know the Scrub tops would be easy to sell, but what about the scrub pants??? Would anybody buy home sewn scrub pants???? I know a lady that makes a on scrub tops. Should I just wait and see how it goes with the tops??? Any advice would be welcomed.

I am very interested in taking an online CNA class. Does anybody have a websight address that they can share with me??? I want to further my education so that I can do more. Right now I am a certified care giver, and a med-tech, but I feel that there is more out there. I want to be able to do more for the people that I care for. Some day I want to be able to afford to get my lpn's or my rn, but for now, I want to get my cna's...mostly because this I can afford. Thank you very much, any information is greatly appriciated.

I've been on a diet for about a week now. I've been doing really good loosing weight, but when I got on the scales this morning, I actually gained. anybody have any idea's as to why I would go up after having gone down?

more to do with him. Once a year it seems since I turned 18 (when he first came back into my life) we do this funny little dance. He emails me or calls me or sends me a letter. (He's in cali, i'm in Virginia) It starts out nice and calm. Hi, how are you, how are things, you know that sort of thing. Then he starts bad mouthing my mom, or talking about how I dont appriciate him, something stupid like that, and then we get into a big ol argument, and then he wont talk to me for another year. This time, I dont know what I should do, should I set the ground rules that were not going to discuss my mother, and that i'm a grown woman with a husband/family of my own now, or should I just not have anything to do with him. Part of me says yes, talk to him, find out how he is, maybe I will be able to have a normal relationship with my father this time, but the other part of me says forget it. What would you all do??????

What I want to know really is, do you think that families could get back to being families if (ok all of you womens lib people dont freak out here) women stayed home. Even if there were no children involved. If women stayed home and ran things the way they should be. Cooking, cleaning, writing out the bills, taking care of family situations, raising the children. Its already been proved that if you do little things to save money, like no long distance, cut cupons, use the off brands, it can be afforded. So if things went back more to the way they used to be, do you all think marriages would stay stronger, and children would have a little bit fewer problems.
