I'm going to try to make a long story short here. I live in a condo. There are 3 sets of doors I have to go through to ge into my unit. The first set lets you into a lobby area with mailboxes, storage, etc. These are not locked because the mailboxes are in the lobby. If they are locked, the mail cannot be delivered. The 2nd and 3rd doors are always locked, since the main door cannot be locked. So, we have a problem with a homeless guy coming into the lobby area. This guy has urinated and defecated in our lobby and also done this in 2 other units. The police refuse to arrest or ticket this guy, even though he is trespassing, vandalizing, is drunk in public and has accosted our maintenance guy. The police basically say that they can't do anything because the outer doors are not locked. How can we get the police to ticket or arrest this guy?

I have these bugs that are eating all of my sweet potato vines. They are about 1/4" long, look like beetles and are metallic gold.

It has pasta and veggies with cheese, pepperoni and garbanzo berans. The special part is the dressing that went on it. It had red wine vinegar, herbs, oil and a small jar of spaghetti sauce in it. My mom used to make it when I was little and she can't find the recipe anywhere. She thinks it was either from Hormel or Kraft and was probably cut out of some women's magazine. If you can help. I'd appreciate it because I've tried to duplicate it and can't seem to get the taste right!
