I have been on the pill for about two or three years. I was supposed to start my new pack yesterday (Sunday), but something with my insurance messed up so I can t get any prescriptions until the situation is fixed (or pay full price for them). They said that it can take anywhere from this afternoon to three days to fix it. I really don t want to pay $30 for my pills when I can get them for free just by waiting.

Back to my question: what will happen if I start my pack a week late? I do not take the pill to protect from pregnancy, I take it to help my horrible periods. Will taking it a week late just make my period be delayed for a week? Will I have spotting during the week I am supposed to have my period (during the third week of pills if I start them late)?

Should I just pay the money for them, try to get the pills back on sync when I do get them (like take 2 a day until they re in sync), or just start it the following Sunday?

I have to write a 3-5 minute belief speech for my public speaking class except I have no idea what to write about! My professor said to "pick a general topic." It doesn't need any sources or anything.

Basically I'm wondering if anyone has any topic ideas I could write about or any ideas to help me think of my own.

I have to make a medicine wheel about myself for my Native American Awareness class. The thing is, I have no idea how to make it related to myself. I don't really even know what it is to be honest. Can anyone help me or at least point me in the right direction?

I gave my dog her insulin shot this morning and when I pulled back the needle after there was a little bit of blood. This has never happened before. I just wanted to know is she going to be okay? Should I keep an eye on her?

If I dropped out of college simply because I didn't like it, how would that effect my financial aid? I tried to read up about it, but I'm really confused. I know you had to pay some back, but how is that determined? I also know you get some money back if you drop out before a certain day or something? And how does dropping out effect my financial aid for the future, assuming I were to go somewhere else next semester? Could someone help explain this to me?

I kind of want to drop out of college and go somewhere else. I went away for college and I am absolutely miserable. I hate all of my classes and just plain hate it here.

The thing is though, there are deadlines for withdrawing yourself from the university. If I drop out after next Thursday, all of my classes would have "W" as the grades (I'm taking five classes).

Would it be bad to have that many "W" grades if I wanted to apply to another university or even to just a community college?

I have a Sony TV that's only a few years old. Sometimes when I turn on the TV it turns on, but there is no sound or picture. Once it's on, it won't let me do anything, like turn channels or even shut it back off. The green light on the bottom is lit so I know it's on. I've tried unplugging it for a few minutes and sometimes that will work, sometimes it won't. It's been doing this for about a week. I tried to go to Sony's website but that was no help at all. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I have to think of a yearbook layout idea and I have no idea what to do! For example, someone is doing homework stress, another is doing outdoor things students do. I can't think of anything and I need one ASAP! It can't focus on seniors. Please help!

I just got my retainer today, and I'm not really sure how to clean it.

Do I use Efferdent denture cleaner everyday? I read that it can eventually ruin your retainer overtime. Should I use it once a week/month?

Or should I brush it with a toothbrush and toothpaste everyday? Which is better for it?

I have to write a monologue. It's due tomorrow. It has to be 1-2 minutes long. The problem is, I have no idea what to write about. I've been trying for days to think of a topic to write about. Will someone give me some ideas of what to write about? It can be dramatic or comedic, it doesn't matter.

I kind of want to do the evil villain back story one or the perspective of an inanimate object, but I have no ideas. Will someone please list out some ideas I can write about?

I bought an album a few days ago on my iPod touch. I didn't get a chance to sync it onto my computer's iTunes, because my iPod touch crashed. It made me restore it through the computer, and now the album is missing. Will someone please tell me how I can get it back? Can I just click "Buy" again and it won't charge me or will I have to rebuy it?

I'm on my first month of birth control (for medical reasons) and I have some questions about my period.

Well the last week with those other colored pills starts tomorrow, Sunday. I take my pill at 8:00 PM. Am I going to get my period on Sunday or Monday?

Also, how long do most birth control periods last? Do they last the whole week? 5 days?

If my period doesn't last the whole week, then do I continue to take the other colored pills or do I wait until Sunday to take the new batch?

Sorry if I sound like I'm stupid or something, but when I was told I needed the pills, the doctor called instead of me being at the office. So I couldn't ask any of these.

I mean, he redid clink boom! Now with the new Jake storyline. (spoilers included below)

According to the storyline Jake is going to get hit by a car, become brain dead, then Carly will ask Jason, Liz, and Lucky if Jocelyn can have Jake's kidney so she can live.

This reminds me of the storyline when BJ became brain dead and Maxie got her heart.

Am I the only one who thinks this? Any additional thoughts?

In my Chemistry class everyone crowds around the door, because my teacher doesn't really care. Today I had one foot out the door (seriously, just my foot) and my teacher came up near the door and said extremely loud, "Ms. [my last name]: You must stay after the bell for one minute for being outside the classroom." And everyone looked at me and I got really embarrassed. lol.
