Is white smoke a sign, i was low on coolant when it smoked. but I think the head gasket might be gone as well. it didn't overheat just smoked white heavy out of the exhaust

if so, why isn't the board enough of a management for the complex. its only 304 condos here.

and it sat for a couple of years, should I get chemtool to clean the injectors, its got the idle problem and its making it close to overheating...any other advice other than junking it would be nice.
