My husband and I own a duplex for 4 yrs now. Can not get good tenets, We live in area that is starting to be revitalizing. Have done some improvements. we're tired of doing improvements that are not helping. It's a waste of time and money.

We need to move, closer to family, school and work etc. Can not afford a mortgage and rent at the same time.

We owe less than 60k, valued higher than that, Never been late on any mortgage payments and never missed one.

The realtors only want to take it for a short sale, but don't want the credit damage and don't qualify.

I need to rent an apt in the Tacoma/ Seattle area. I have a nice settlement and can pay for a year in advance plus the utilities without working.

I am coming from the state of Ohio and do not have a job immediately when I get up there and the apartment complexes I have called said they will not rent to me because of no job in Washington. But I want to move up there. What can I do?

I have thought about checking into a hotel til I get a job u there but think that would be a waste of money when you take in food I would have to eat out, renting a storage place etc.

Okay here's the deal I want to get my bachelor's degree in English degree then I want to get a degree in American History because I love it- then I want to get my Ph.D in Law (already have a paralegal degree) I just don't know if I can do that? Mix up degrees like that-

I just bought a house with a FHA loan and want to buy another house and my banker said I have to put down 20%. I have a duplex now and make 600.00 a month that covers that mortgage on the house I bought.
