My daughter informed me last week, that her driving instructor informed her to have an insurance cover. And, I asked her if the instructor told her what the insurance cover was for? She said, no.

I told her that I will try my best to get some quote for her on the internet.

Despite the fact that I searched for a quote for 'insurance cover for learner driver', most of the questions that was returned were the usual questions we get every year when we want to renew our car insurance.

This is the reason I thought I should air my fear and concern to find out if this is actually a law, or some joke by some people.

But, does it make any sense to ask someone that cannot drive to insure a car they do not possess?

Is this what I am thinking, or just my imagination? Please help. A friend sent this statement to me for an advice;

"The seller is dead. If this re-assignment is not done, the money will disappear to the bank pending when ever any party comes up to claim the funds if at all the transaction is known to such party. What I need now to achieve this is a capable and committed partner to work with me to re-assign the cargo to your company so that the payment for the cargo will come to you. Then we share. The buyer is already sorted"

Are homehelps and cleaners well vetted, are they based locally to clients?

Few years ago, I agreed to buy a house. All procedures was followed and observed. While the mortgage was been processed the seller with the Estate Agents blessing put tenants in the property.

I was only aware of this when I was told to collect keys from the Estate Agents because the processes have been completed. I collected the keys, and went to the property, only to be heckled by the tenants. Please I want to know if I will be able to get help. Those tenants did not leave the property for another 8 months! Due to the very bad start, I think I lost the house within two years. Is there any restitution for this calamity? Please help.

I have three sites with a hosting company since 2002. The last site was built by them and I agreed to pay for it instalmentally. For some reason best known to them, two of the sites was pull down without notifying me. It was a friend who drew my attention to it.

I phoned and left messages, there was no reply. I left messages on their site contact page, still no response. After about 3 -4 weeks without hearing anything from them, I finally stopped the payment on the 2 accounts. Almost 4 months after that, I was then asked why I have not been paying for the accounts. I explained to them the reason.

To my astonishment, they almost immediately switch the 2 sites back on and claimed that the sites have always been on from their side. As such they do not know what exactly went wrong.

I explained to them that they have already done the damage, as such I will prefer the 2 sites to be redirected to another server. It was then they told me I have to pay £35 each for the sites to be redirected.

They have now sent a threatening letter to say that they will close all the account if I do not pay the outstanding amount of £350.00 within the next 7 days.

I have already inform them that I want them to continue to host one account that the payment is up to date.

Kindly advise me what I need to do. Do they have the right to do this despite the fact that the payment on the third account is up to date?

Is there anything with that discription anywhere any more?
