Does anyone know why the Curve is so much cheaper than the 8800? (In Canada, it is $150 cheaper). Doesn't it have everything that the 8800 has but also has a camera? I know the 8800 has the GPS built in, but other than that, why the big price differential?

If I purchased a property on presale and put 10% down payment, this downpayment goes to the developer's real estate agent and held in trust. This deposit earns interest until the development is completed. When the development is completed, whose money is the interest? Is it mine or is it the developer's money? Would I get to offset my remaining payment upon completion of the property with this interest earned? Or does the developer get the money out of trust and takes the interest ?
