I am having trouble finding good sites for grocery and personal care coupons.

I want to become an extreme couponer!! I do not know where to get the coupons and how to start! please help. i live in new castle Delaware

I have had cracking sound in my knees when i bend them for about ten years now. I am 25. but when my son was born in January 2011 I started to have constant severe arthritic pain in my right knee. and both knees hurt so bad and are so weak when i walk up steps or kneel down that i literally have to stop and rest or have help to get up. the only thing that helps are my husbands anti inflammatory meds. but i would say that my knees are in constant pain. mostly the right one. anyone know what could be wrong?

My daughter has had several bouts of cough and congestion this winter. A few months ago when she had her first cough for the winter she would cough so hard she woke herself u and vomited for three nights in a row. She got better and she has had a cough a few times since and had no issues with vomiting. the past week and a half shes been waking up every other night and vomiting. shes also been telling me several times throughout the day that her belly hurts and she thinks she has to throw up. she goes to the toilet with me and cries but never vomits. shes not acting sick unless shes throwing up at night or saying her belly hurts but it goes away quickly. this afternoon she woke up from her nap and vomited.....so now its clearly only when she sleeps that she vomits. she has no fever no runny nose very little coughing and she is a bit weezy....any one know what may be happening?

My grandmother had a stillborn son in January of 1965 and my family and I have no record of his birth or death. Just the records from the cemetery saying nothing but the day he was buried. I checked with the office of vital statistics website and it says that prior to 1969 is was not required to record a still birth with their offices, I know what hospital she had him in, but there has to be some way for me to find out the day he was born and died. I am curious because I am 36 weeks pregnant and have been diagnosed with a liver issue that can cause stillbirths if the baby is not delivered by the 37th week and i am having a c section next week on the same day that he was buried ironically. I am having a boy and we are naming him after this child. We decided to do that before we knew about the dates being close.

I love on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex. My first floor neighbor directly below me just moved in a few weeks ago and smokes. I assume that they do it in their bathroom because its all i can smell in my bathroom from the hours of 10pm to 8am. it actually wakes me and my husband up and we are having trouble sleeping. My second floor neighbor also smells this odor. Its horrible. We have baseboard electric heat. Is there anything that my apartment complex can do. example make them stop??? I live in Delaware.

My daughter is 2. She wakes up around 10 am and takes a two hour nap in the afternoon. She goes down for her nap with a kiss a hug and no problem. She stays up til about 10 or 11 pm. My husband is on second shift right now so this routine works for us. but every night without fail she gives me hell going to bed. We get a shower brush teeth read a book then head to her room for a song while shes laying in bed. She has a night lite and she knows where i am.

As soon as i start to leave she freaks out. Please dont leave me mommy. i dont wanna go to bed mommy. i want daddy mommy. the whole thing. then she cries until she falls asleep or i bring her in the living room with me. whats the difference between nap time and bedtime for her?

In august 2008 i was bitten by a tick. its whole head was buried in my shoulder. I got it all out with a little digging. and now in December 2010 there is still a raised bump about the size of my pinky nail that itches frequently. its flesh colored and its not showing any signs of Lymes. But im still wondering if this is abnormal?

does any one know anything about a stimulus check in 2009???my aunt and uncle just got one and it was huge i don't understand.

My daughter is 10 months old. and I have been struggling with whether or not to pierce her ears. on the one hand she is almost certainly going to want it eventually and if i do it now it wont even be a moment of pain for her she will already have them. but is it my right to put holes in her body without her consent? and what if she doesn't want them and later has holes and didn't want it. but then comes the thought that if i had a little boy i would circumsize him without his consent and without a thought....dilema....

My husbands car is a Mercedes Benz cl500 1999 and the check engine light is on. the code that comes up is p1056. i have no idea what that is and how much it will cost to fix it. my husband has passed away and i need help.

I have had really bad migraines about every other day for the past week. with these migraines there are shooting stabbing pains usually above my ears mostly on my right side that only last for about 3 seconds but they are debilitating. i was folding laundry and actually dropped the shirt and had to stop and shout out on pain and i am a very pain tolerant person.

also the top of my head is super sore it hurts to eve brush my hair. it feels like i have had my hair in a ponytail for days and in actuality i haven't had it up at all.

I have taken medicine and rested and it goes away with rest but its back again within hours. i cant live like this.

my 10 month old was just diagnosed with labial adhesion that have caused her labia to fuse shut. i have been using the estrogen cream that the doctor recommended for 5 days now and there has been no change at all. I am concerned because i am only supposed to use it for ten days. after the ten days if it is still not open i am not interested in continuing the cream as i don't feel comfortable with it long term. so my question is how long did it take for your daughters to respond to the cream and looking back now on your experience what would you have done or what did you do?

i took my daughter to the doctor today and she said that my daughters labia minor had fused together and that i needed to use estrogen cream on her to cure it? has anyone else gone through this? did you use the cream? were there side effects? did it work? please help

i need to make up a lease for a tenant who will be occupying my guest room and sharing the rest of the house I live in nj. Cant afford a lawyer. Where can i find an outline where i can just insert my name and stuff for free?

my aunt is 75 and facing losing her home so she has opened a few of her rooms to tenants and they give her money every month. my question is doesn't she need a co and an inspection for this in the state of NJ? She resides in the house. but she has a couple living there with small children that they do not watch very well and i am afraid that if one of them gets hurt or worse god forbid that she could be in trouble. what should she do.

I really a Princess party for my daughters first birthday in Sept. but there will be some little boys there too and i feel awkward with that theme and a coed environment. i also want to make it memorable so does anyone have any ideas???

My husband and I have a beautiful baby girl who is ten month old. We definitely want to have another child by the time our daugter is three. but we had a lot of trouble conceiving our daughter it ended up taking two years to get pregnant. we don't really want another baby this minute but I am afraid that if we don't start trying now and we wait til she is two with the assumption we will be pregnant right away that we will end up getting pregnant when our daughter is 4 and i feel like that is too big of a gap. so moms with more than one....what do you feel is a good gap in age with children and what age gap made it very hard. too close? too far? help me!

My husband and I have been married for four years and about a year and a half after we got married he started to have trouble with ejaculating shortly after we began having sex. my question is are there any home remedies or exercises that can treat this and if not then what type of specialist should he see about this?
