  • what the hell is pqjyc.exe?

my computer has been rinning slow the past couple days and i noticed more popups thain normal so i ran the usual spyware and vires checker programs and they reported nothing. SO when i went to the task manager to see what was running i seen 9 instances of pqjyc.exe. I have no idea what that was so i proced to end the tasks one at a time and when there ws only about 3 left the started popin up on the list again till there was about 15 instances of pqjyc.exe running , i did a windows search for it and it ended up being a program in the windows\temp directory that was hidden and would not let me deleate it.

I searched the web thinking it was a virus but found nothing named pqjyc.exe. HELP!

Also i noticed that all my file nems extentions were Hidden once again like they wer when i 1st got my computer and the folder options it no longer a choice on the dropdown window, so i cannot fix this.

  • I downloaded a file and some reason i can not delete it.what can i do.?

it was a video .some reason i right click and the option for delete does not come up like every other file i have. only play and send to. nothing works . i press deleate or play and nothing happens. I shut off every application that was running in the task manager to make sure nothin was using it, i reboted . I tried it in safe mode. I tried quarenteeneing it with my McAfee anti virus softwear, buit i get the message " not a valid file name " i tried to deleate from a command prompt but that doesnt show the file when i list it.

there are 2 files like that in my limewire folder and they been there for a couple weeks and i realised that might be the reason that i wake up at night because for some odd reason my laptop ( wich goes into sleep mode when you close the lid) suddenly comes out of hybernation and will run realy slow untill i restart it . I have a feeling its a trojan but scans dont detect it and i cant get rid of it. Do i have to reformat a hard drive of a brand new computer?
