Does a father have a right to visitation if he's never cared about being with the child before? The father wants to get back at the EX in my opinion, until she filed for support he was never around but when asked to help he would not. He has anger and violent issues and has hit the child many times and left bruises. The courts won't help as they see the father should have his rights to visitation. They are going through a custody battle now even though he says he doesn't want custody. He never calls to see how the child is only on the day he is to pick him up for the weekend and the mother worries all weekend if her son will be smacked around and the child protects his father because he doesn't want to cause any problems. The father says he has a right to slap the child because he is the father.

Please try to give both sides not just against the father.

I have a 2002 VW Golf and the mechanic said my bushings could be bad. When I go over a bump the car squeaks, although the mechanic didn't officially check it out, he was just guessing. My shocks are good.

Ever since I got a front wheel alignment its made this noise. The car didn't make this noise before and I spend close to $250.00 for this alignment. What the heck is going on? I don't know what bushings are or how important they are.

When I called VW dealership where I got my car done, they said they didn't do anything and I would have to get another front end alignment when I get the bushings redone.

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a digital police scanner in the U.S. I know RadioShack has them but they know nothing about the product except that they sell it and can't tell me anything about the frequencies. Is there another store that sells them. I'm in Indiana is that helps and would like to walk into a store and buy one. They run about $400.00 to $500.00 for a digital.

Is running vinegar through a coffee pot the only way to get the hard water deposits out?

There was probable cause to stop the vehicle because of a light out on the car.

I believe the driver's 4th ammendment rights were not broken because he consented to the search and that the drugs are admissible in court.

I think other cultures have their ways of dealing with conflict but I think we have a pretty good system that deals with conflict that isn’t so bad either. People can hash out their conflicts in court and a judge can decide the best route of results for both parties. In other countries they may put both parties in jail and that would be the end of it. Not very good for the one who may be innocent.

In another culture what conflicts could arise? Name a few and explain two of them. Name the culture and what the outcome might be.

I can't get to my yahoo mail. This started last night. I try to go to the mail and it takes forever and doesn't go there, if it does go there i can't get to my mail to read it. I can refresh and that doesn't work either. I have no problems with anything else, just yahoo mail. Got any ideas?
