So I took my cat to the Vet's office. They did the comb test for fleas and she sure enough had fleas. They gave her a pill and then they gave her Comfortis ( flea fighting pill) as well as a few shots (rabies,Heartworm, etc) . She stopped scratching but they told me to keep her off the furniture.

This has me floored because she usually sleeps in bed with me. I tried to keep her off the furniture but I feel guilty. Last night she fell asleep under the dining room table. AS of now she just cowers under the kitchen table, on the stairs, on the fuzzy toilet seat, and her hammock thingy. I put down her kitty blanket on my bed and that is the only place she has been on in my room. I have trying to lay down some flea stuff as well as some thorough cleaning but only managed to do one room so far. My floor is carpeted.

Does anyone have any advice/tips for managing a cat after flea treatment?

I found black flecks in my cat's fur who has been scratching like crazy the last couple of days. I have no idea what to do and I really can not afford a vet. What do I do to get her to stop scratching? She sleeps in bed with me and yesterday after my workout I started to scratch. Do I need to fumigate? Vacuum with something?

So I did my taxes online and on my printout I see (b) b = random number. What does that mean? Is it a negative number?

For the first time in 4 years I did a coffee enema. Instead of being on my knees like I used to I lied on my back and fed the tube inside of me. It has been 5 days and I have only had about 3-4 bowel movements(normally its 2 a day). I did not even have one today. I also went to class two days after the coffee enema and the students complained that I smelled like feces. Is there anything I can do to get my body to get back to normal? By the way I have an appropriate fiber intake for someone my height/weight.

I have recently had someone move in to my residence. I set up a wireless security key but I still think they were able to get in. Does anyone know how I can check to make sure that my IP address is the only one using wifi. I have an ATT 2wire modem.

I have purchased a 1lb bag of lye in the past. There was a hole on the bag so it has these crystals on the bottom of it. I put it in a plastic bag for a few days and now it has a strong odor. I threw it in the garbage. I just retrieved it and it is sitting on the porch. Please tell me how do I properly dispose of it? The poison control center is very unhelpful.

A relative of mine was recently laid off. She has become unable to pay her bills or even purchase the bare necessities. At the moment her cat is on his last bowl of food. I sent her some money online but will not get to her until next week. According to my vet cats should not go longer than 3 days without food or they will have internal problems. Does anyone know an organization she could go to or what she can do? She resides in the North East.

So to my knowledge my cat has thrown up three times today. I The first couple of times it was chunks, processed food and just spit up. I gave her some water and a little bit of wet food but she only took a few bites. Now she is fine but a few minutes I cleaned out her litter box and found yarn. She has been hanging around and trying to eat some of the yarn that i used to make christmas gifts. I pried some for her but there is a chance that she could have consumed some of it. Now she is throwing up liquid. I cant afford to take her to the animal hospital or pet emergency room or a vet. Anyone have any idea what is going on.

"Turn in seam allowance on unmarked edge of WAISTBAND 4 (piece 4); press.

What does this sentence mean?Does press mean iron? The drawing is really confusing because the waistband look backwards. Here is a finished picture of the apron:

I am a bit confused. First I read that a father of 4 was shot in a taxi. Then I hear people are blaming certain races, others said it got out of control because they do not have guns, and now I hear that the youth are so angry and expressing that anger. So I am trying to teach my kitten boundaries with a squirt bottle of water. My kitten kept attacking my bead kit while I tried to work and nibbled on my laptop cord. So I sprayed her to try to get off the bed but she just kept running left to right so I continued to spray her. I stopped and tried to dry her with a towel but she kept running away Now she is just licking herself and chasing her tail. What can I do to get her dry so she will not get sick?

My kitten just turned three months old. Her nails have become very sharp and I have tried to cut to cut them before. I tried to wrap her in a blanket but she ran away. Then one day I held her in between my thighs. She kept wriggling and meowing (which she rarely does) and I only clipped a couple of them. Now when I try to she just runs. Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to calm her down and make this less stressful for her?

Okay I am 22 and I have gotten some really bad acne. In High School it was not that bad, it was my first year of college when my acne started to get out of control. Now its all over my cheeks and starting to get under my chin.

I have tried Store brand and Name brand astringents and blackhead washes. I have tried the walmart brand of proactiv and ambi soap.

As I type I am trying out a bentonite clay mask made with clay powder sea salt and olive oil.

If anyone has any advice or tips I would be greatful. By the way I am black and I live in a warm state.
