  • Question about interviewing for a job?

I used to work in a bank and got the boot because I had altercations with a manager. She didn't like me and she did things her way that weren't even in accordance with the bank regulations. Anyways, she ended up firing me because I was the only one who wasn't afraid to speak my mind. Now I am applying for another job and they do an intensive background check. During the interview the recruiter asked me if my previous bank would rehire me and I said yes when I know they wouldn't. What can I do now? I am still going through the interview process. Do I tell her I lied and risked not getting the job? Or do I continue on and cross my fingers that that incident won't cost me the new job? I am afraid they might find out and be even more upset because I lied about that one thing to get the job.

Anyone with this kind of experience?

  • Question about test driving a car...?

What happens if while you are test driving a brand new car from a dealership you get into an at fault accident. Does your insurance have to pay for all the damages and you are forced to buy it? Or do they have some type of insurance that would cover it? I know when you rent a car you can get an option for an insurance where if anything happens to the car you can walk away and their insurance would cover for everything.

    Thanks for answering!

  • Was she being too friendly?

I was at a restaurant tonight. I was catching up on some e-mails on my phone. The hostess was pretty friendly, asking me some questions. Then after I ordered and had my food brought over, she came by a few times to ask how was the food she recommended. As she passed me by each time she'd rub my back. Is that being too friendly or normal?

  • Yahoo Chatroom question!?

For those of you using Yahoo chatrooms. If you are inside a room are you able to follow a user? I have the latest version of messenger and it doesn't let me do that although the option is there. I used to be able to do it on previous versions. If you use the rooms you know what I am talking about.

  • How many of you have to stand this?

I live with roommates and it's ok. We all share cooking so it's good in that sense. What really bothers me is that one of them really makes noises when he chews his food. It drives me nuts when he does that. How many of you live with somebody like that?

  • Internet love anyone?

How many of you are in a serious and meaningful relationship that started out in a chatroom? Would it had been any different if you met the same person elsewhere? Were there any advantages/disadvatages from it? As opposed to meeting someone in real life first. Just curious!
