I remember (late 70s, early 80s) a reform school. One really bad kid sorta starts a revolt and a group breaks out. I remember him having a switch blade that they used to cut their palms to be blood bros. At one point he take his lunch trY and throws it against the wall. Any ideas?

...would it be a hate crime? Simple question. Simple answer. Some say that everytime there is a black "celebration" where a large black crowd is gathered to gether there is mass violence. (not me...just stating what I have read). You could say that for any other ethnic group? or could you? What would be some comparisons?

If anyone hasn't heard about this; It's a celebration and there was a man that was beaten to death, some where severely wounded, beaten, riot cops called out, cops injured and taken to the hospital. A real sad situation...And it happened in two different cities.

An accused enemy combatant, Majid Khan, held at Guantanamo Bay told a military hearing he was physically as well as mentally tortured there by having to read a newsletter full of 'crap,' being forced to use unscented deodorant and shampoo and having to play sports with a ball that would not bounce. Adding that cleaners left marks on his cell walls and that detainees have no DVD players or other entertainment.

4 black men carjack, kidnap, rape, and brutally murder a white couple over a period of days in Knoxville, TN....4 MONTHS AGO! Have you heard anything about it? I first heard this on a local radio station that had heard about it from a friend that lives in nearby Knoxville.

A few years ago some redneck dragged to death a black man and it made international news. This hate crime happens, and it goes un-noticed by the mainstream media. Why? Is it because it's a non-story? No credible white politician or prominant media figure will call it a hate crime or suggest the animals responsible were racists. That's why. But yet, an ignorant man can make a comment on the radio and get fired because of the backlash. When are we gonna wake up?

What do you think about Al Sharpton's Rainbow/PUSH org. meeting with the Atlanta Braves about black players?

His group recently met with the Atlanta Braves big wigs about getting more black players on their team. I have noticed that two of their white, left field players have been replaced by a black player of lesser talent. Is this ethical? is it hypocrtical? here are some facts:

Roughly 10% of MLB players are black.

Roughly 80+% of NBA players are black.

Roughly 67% of NFL players are black.

Roughly 12% of Americans are black.

Isn't Baseball more "evened out" when you compare it to the actual population. And wouldn't a "civil rights leader" have his time more wisely spent trying to even out the NFL and NBA?

If you post a question in a section entitled Religion and Spirituality, you get 37 hateful, answers that try to impose the authors belief on a Christian. How can an atheist say that Christians impose their belief, when that's all they're spouting out in OUR section. If Christians were in an Atheist section spouting out their beliefs, then I could understand their point.

Today over 80 percent of NBA players are African American and black players out-earned whites through the 75th percentile. Since about 12% of Americans are black, this is blatantly racist. People yell foul about nascar, but the NBA has alot more of a bias, especially with the number of white fans, as opposed to the number of Nascar's black fans.

Same goes with boxing. But when this question is submitted opponents say it is because blacks are better fighters, or blacks are better at basketball. Well, what if I said the reason there are more white coaches is because whites are smarter? The reason there are more white Nascar drivers is because whites are better drivers? THAT would be considered racist. Your thoughts?

What about the Black terrorist version of the KKK, the Black panther's? Wonder if they'll apologize?
