I live in NJ. I got my first traffic ticket (2 pt violation) in New York in August 2004. It didn't show on my driving record until December, 2007. I guess it took time to transfer over. I had no moving violations against until last week December 2008, I just got a 2 pt careless driving ticket for swerving on my way home from work. It was an absurd ticket and I'm thinking about fighting it in court.

My question is, because New York didn't report my other violation until 2007 will insurance screw me over now and if I just pay this ticket I'll have 4 pts on my license instead of 2? It's been 4 years between tickets which is pretty damn good and that just doesn't seem fair.

And also, I already went to court 3 yrs ago and plea bargained for an unsafe driving no point ticket. If I go to court for this careless driving ticket is that what they're likely to offer me again? I was hoping not to get hit with that again for something so dumb.

Years ago there used to be wave runner rentals on the beach in Wildwood that allowed you to waverun in the ocean, which was much more fun then the buyoed off areas in the bay. I think they went out of business, but does anyone know if there are any companies out there that rent waverunners for use in the ocean in Wildwood anymore? Thanks

My girlfriend is attempting to transfer into Rutgers New Brunswick. She is a smart girl (3.6 or 3.7) with lots of good work experience, in her first 2 years of college. She missed the application deadline but is putting in an application based on availability. Has anyone ever applied late and got in? Do you think she has any chance of getting in this semester? Just wondering if anyone has ever been in this situation.

A good friend of mine lives in Vancouver, BC and has Rogers Mobile. I have Verizon. She sends me texts every now and then (maybe 5 per month) and I reply and when I have checked the bill I've never been hit with any data usage charges. Is it supposed to cost anything to text Canada and vice versa?

I am so depressed right now. I met a girl last year (she's 34) who me, her, and our parents both thought would get married at some point. I still feel the same way about her to this day, but she really stopped caring for me. This girl used to love me. I really was a good boyfriend to her and I did all the nice things for her every day. Took her out after work, brought her flowers home, adored her to death. It all started about 10 months ago when she wanted to take "a break" because she felt I was too "clingy." She started hanging out with a local band player as a "friend" who she knew from MySpace, but they didn't really get along in person and he never gave her another phone call for 10 months. She was a bit upset but told me it was only "friends" anyway. I still continued to do all the little things for her I always had. Now today, I found out they hooked up, after he abandoned her for 10 months. Why do the guys like me, who did everything for her, get crushed like this?

I have a Netgear WGR614v6 router.. I try to stream video to my family far away.. and I do it on a certain port. When I go to port forwarding to unblock the port, it erases itself from the list within 2 seconds, then when I try to re-add it, it says "Port conflict with other service"

So ok, then I try a NEW port number, and usually THAT erases itself from the list within a few minutes.

Why are the ports I am forwarding NOT Sticking? I have had to re-install the router from scratch a few times and this annoying bug keeps coming back. Anyone have a hunch what my probem might be here?

Im 23 years old.. I've had 3 girlfriends in my life... and I've been cheated on my every single one... I feel like I've been kicked in the gut again... My 2nd girlfriend really came off like she was truthful.. and I believed her.. and got burnt... I did the same thing with my 3rd girlfriend... I just found out she was cheating on me... What am I doing wrong? I have treated this girl like my life, constant attention, our parents thought we would get married one day and they always end up leaving for a fling...and the fact that she lied is devastating... she was my best friend for years before we went out... Shes 25 and I'm 23... I thought dating older gave me a more mature girl who wouldn't cheat... Now I'm bit by the same bug again

My mom just called me very upset because my fool of a father lost his patience and formatted the computer hard drive because "it wasnt working" This is a Win XP Home system

We lost all the pictures (thousands) and files we had saved on there of my now deceased cousin. Please tell me there is a way I can do a data recovery and get most of these pictuers back. In the past I sent away the drive and it cost me about 400 bucks.. Is there any software I could use myself that would get just as muhc back as if I sent it away and get these pictures back for my mother... Thank you for your help and advice

hi all- was closing in on purchasing Sirius satellite radio.. and I've had different people give me different reviews on whether or not to get it wired into my car, or the plug and play version where you just tune to 88.7.. How bad is the sound difference between plug and play and wired? Is it much worse?

Does it affect people working at the airport in Essington, PA? Is this considered part of Philly?

I feel as though the woman I am dating is putting me through a lot of unnecessary worrying and stress.. She loves "alone time." I am completely fine with that as long as I know she is OK. She doesn't even want me to know that. I worry to hell about her sometimes because shes very important to me and I don't like her taking off for weekends alone without someone knowing where she is. She claims its important nobody knows where she is, just out in the desert somewhere or at a casino being with herself. She seems to be very stubborn. Now she left the day before her birthday, texted me that she was "on the road" and now has had her phone off for 3 days (including her birthday when I tried to call)

I'm worried beyond belief. She was supposed to be coming back today and I've still yet to hear from her. Do you think this "alone time" is normal or going overboard? She knows I worry about her unless I know she is safe, cant she let me know shes ok and then proceed with her alone time??

My mom's fish tank is making a ton of noise and she's away on vacation.. It has stopped blowing bubbles out the tube and its making a very loud noise... so i took the top off and realized the little motor thing isn't in there secure and its flying all over the place.. i tried getting it to stay still but it doesnt...

I know nothing about fish tanks but I dont want the fish to die.. Anyone have a clue how I can get this thing to start blowing bubbles again?

Hello.. My best friend recently had an abnormal pap.. She's 34 and had HPV a few years ago and thought it had gone away.. She has had her paps on time every year.. I was wondering.. if this is cervical cancer, are the odds in her favor that this is in its early stages since her paps have been taken every year on time, and always normal? I'm extremely worried.. They're doing the biopsy in about a month.. Any responses would be greatly appreciated

He's only 8 years old.. we don't know if it's adrenal or pituitary yet.. he's a beagle.. My childhood dog.. and I see all these negative life spans 18 mos - 2 yrs.. Is there any way I can keep my dog alive longer? He doesn't show any of the classic symptoms, no pot belly, no hair loss, nothing, they found it in routine bloodwork..

I'm doing a colonoscopy at 10 am tomorrow.. I had breakfast right before the 24 hour cut off this morning.. i took the correctol.. and now i've drank about 25% of the liquid prep as directed and haven't been able to have any bowel movements yet.. Anyone out there who's had a colonoscopy that can say if this is normal or not?

There's little bullets in between every word and those paragraph symbols all over the place.. Can someone please help and tell me how to change it back to regular? Can't find it anywhere.. I've had 2 past girlfriends, my best friend in both cases for over 2 years and have been crushed twice. I feel horrible. At least in my network, women are so much more unfaithful than men.. 2 of my good buddies were cheated on also.. Alot of us are nice guys willing to do anything for someone.. When women cheat they don't even admit they're wrong after that. Ive had one women tell me sometimes if they get bored with a person and won't speak up it results in unfaithfulness..

I planned on asking my girlfriend to marry me in 2007, we spent time together every day for the pats 2 years, she was my best friend, we had awesome chemistry and recently turned on me for no reason, seperated from you, and now is dating a new musician.

Women are so much more unfaithful and cold to us good guys from some of mine and my friends experiences. They seem like such good girls with morals until the guitarist rolls around or something.

I am 22 years old but have been having troublesome symptoms since last March. I have been constipated and bowel's have been shaky. I've been going to my gastroenterologist every 6-8 weeks and he did a number of blood tests on me and won't even entertain the idea it could be anything serious. He claims if any of my blood tests were irregular he would look into it further. I'm not so sure I trust his judgement anymore, because none of the medicines, or routines we're trying seems to be relieving me.

Is it possible my symptoms could be cancer-related?
