I have installed 4 JBL Power Series speakers in my 2006 Accord coupe. 2 component series in the front, and 2 6x9 in the rear deck. It sounds great! Loud and clean.

My question is:

Will most aftermarket head units that deliver 17-20 watts RMS play louder than my stock 2006 Accord radio/CD changer?

I want to get a new head unit, but I don't want to install an amp, or have the system play lower volume than what I have already.

In a very cold and busy period last Winter, one of my front struts started leaking oil. I had a local mechanic install 2 Monroe Quick Struts.

Now, 1 year later the car seems to be bouncing a lot when I come to a stop.

Should I replace them with the OEM Honda struts?

The car is a 2006 Accord with 115k miles.

I already have Infinity speakers installed, the Infinity's are 2 ohm. Should I avoid the Pioneer and look at Sony or Alpine?

Student visa until Sept, H1b after that. Passes the substantial presence test. Does this person file a 1040 or a 1040NR?

If I buy a used car in Ontario and drive it to NY and register it as my personal vehicle. Do I need to pay the Ontario HST tax? Or do I get it deducted from my Duty fee at the border?

This spring I want to find a Honda Prelude for a daily summer driver and commuter, I have questions about whether today's gasoline with ethanol will work well in a 1999-2001 Prelude motor. Also I am concerned that a higher compression motor, like the 2.2 VTEC motor isn't as good a high mileage motor (90k + miles) as is my 2.3L in my old Accord.

I took and passed the RTRP exam, ahead of all the other preparers I work with, you know to show some initiative and be ahead of the class, and to test on 2011 rather than 2012. Now I feel like I been "Had". Should my employer reimburse my cost of the exam as they verbally told me just a couple of weeks ago, before the court decision.

The way I figure it, Mitt Romney made a lot more money under Obama, than he did under Bush, that's why he can't release his tax returns. 2007 2008 would show losses, 2009 2010 2011 would show great gains.

When you make 3Million a year under the Republicans, then 20million a year under Democrats. Why wouldn't you vote Dem??

I am thinking that in these times of austerity that it would be improper and immoral for US Representatives and Senators to receive Pensions while serving in Congress. A lot of these guys and gals have previous jobs in Government at the state level. Most of them are really rich anyway and don't need to be on the government dole.

Is it better to come in from the Northern route (Harlem River,FDR Drive N.

Or to come in from Secaucus/Weehawken and through the Lincoln Tunnel, then across East 57th Street.

Being from out of town, I have no idea what the traffic will be line on a Thursday morning. An approx time stuck in traffic would be helpful.

Transit is not an option, because we have a child in a wheelchair.
