I sent in an electronic payment agreement setting payments to be electronically debited on the 15th of each month, I sent a partial payment with my tax return and that payment was received and check cashed on APRIL 9th. I have never received a Bill of what is due and they did not debit my checking account in May for the first payment? What should I do?

They are telling him we have to shut off our internet and Brinks Security in order for this to be attached to the phone line? If I refuse he goes back to jail, What about I have a second phone line turned on strictly for house arrest? Will they allow that?
