My tongue did not swell like many people go through, and I didn't have the pain associated with it like many people do. A highly certified piercer did it for me. I have been brushing my teeth, rinsing out with sea salt like told to and taking Ibuprophen for an anti inflammitory like told to. But I have a swelling under my tongue to the left side of where the bar comes through. It is very tender, but not leaking any green or discolored fluid. Is this normal? I would like to hear experiances from people that has had this done and if they had the same problem.

It has been 9 days now and the swelling has went down, but it is still swollen a bit under my tongue where the bar comes through. It is very sore but not seeping any green fluid of any kind. Can anyone that has had theirs done tell me what to expect, is this normal, will the swelling go away soon, or what is happening? I am doing everything the piercer said to do with sea salt and mouth wash, but I am really concerned.

I need to know what animals it is safe to give benadryl to? I have to move a couple animals and they need to be sedated, I know benadryl is safe for dogs and cats but is it safe to give to unrully goats that need sedated to be able to move. I do not want to use tranquilizers and i want to do this safely. If i do not sedate the poor things they will get so upset they may hurt theirself. If not benadryl, then what can i use?

My 12 year old son and his brother went into a dollar general store and bought a new wallet, the clerk told my 12 year old he looked like a trouble maker, not thinking anything of it they left the store and we went to another store next door. The store we were at does not have a public restroom(orshelns farm and home) so my son went back to the dollar general to use theirs and buy some candy since he had 15.00 in his pocket. The clerk accused him of stealing and called the cops. They frisked him in front of everyone and found nothing. The cop told the clerk 3 times he had nothing and she still insisted, humuliating him more and more. I filed a complaint with the store and they apologized over and over again, (NOT THE CLERK) The district manager called and offered him a 50.00 gift certificate for his embarressment and humiliation, but this totally humiliated him and upset him to the fullest as he was innocent and did not do anything wrong, the active manager even said he did nothing.

Up until 1978 parvo was never heard of.

Then in 1978 parvo suddenly appeared and an epidemic started.

This virus had never been heard of before this and then it takes the lives of many dogs.

I have done alot of research on this virus but have not found out why it just suddenly came to be known one day.

I realize there is many enviromental changes that causes many changes in the earth and the enviroment, but how is it that it does not exist one day then exists suddenly another day?????????

My saint bernard is 6 months old and he has been through so much already in his life. He is a rescue, and was not taken care of very well, he had no shots so therefore he contracted parvo and spent 13 days in the animal hospital. Now he is full of p and vinegar, but has a chewing thing up problem. He has chewed my blankets on my bed, chewing my cedar chest. I do not want him to think I am being mean, but how can I stop his chewing things up problem??????????????

My neighbor shot my dog, of course they deny it, but they shot my other neighbors dog the day before. I would of kept my dog up if i knew she was wandering off, but we weren't aware she was even going over there. They shot her then took her to a creek and dumped her in it. She was my kids dog more than mine, and one of my kids helped me get her out of the creek she was lying in. We had to bring her home to bury her instead of letting her rot in a creek. How can a person deal with low lifes like this?
